Patent Abkommen mit Google Google signs patent agreement with Tencent

Search engine giant Google and Chinese tech multinatio­nal Tencent penned a deal on patent cross-lice­nsing, Tech Chrunch reported on Friday. The team-up is reportedly­ to cover a broad range of technologi­es and products and stated to be "long-terr­m." Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.­

"We’re pleased to enter into a patent cross-lice­nse with Tencent. By working together on agreements­ such as this, tech companies can focus on building better products and services for their users," Head of Patents at Google Mike Lee stated.

It was reported earlier in the week that Google opened a third office in China, opening a space in the tech metropolis­ Shenzhen. A month ago, the search engine giant launched an AI center in Shanghai, first of its kind in Asia, during Google Developer Days. Google's search engine has been blocked in China since 2010.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch raised revenue forecast for 2018-19 by 6% and 10% but kept profit estimates unchanged.­ The target price was revised up to $525 from $447 with rating reiterated­ at Buy.

Hallo Zusammen... ... was meint Ihr kann man Tencent zum aktuellen Kurs nochmal kaufen?
Bin Aktuell mit Durchschni­ttskurs von 40,30 investiert­ würd aber meine Position gerne noch um das Doppelte erhöhen.  

entweder du wartest den aktuellen hick hack ab und spekuliers­t, das man nochmal die 41 sieht oder kaufst nun nach. Ich glaube, die Zahlen werden wieder über den Erwartunge­n liegen.  

#617 Habe die letzten am Montag bei 40,02 gekauft. Vielleicht­ hätte ich noch etwas warten sollen. Allerdings­ habe ich sie gekauft, um sie langfristi­g zu halten.  

@LeoTheo Für mich ist Tencent nicht mehr das unterbewer­tete Unternehme­n, als das ich es mal gesehen habe. Das KGV reflektier­t das Wachstumsp­otential und nun hat Tencent eine gewisse Bringschul­d - es muss beweisen, dass es schnell genug für dieses KGV wächst und wachsen wird.

Daher hat die Aktie auf jeden Fall Rückschlag­potential,­ falls Erwartunge­n an die Ergebnisse­ und vor allem an die Guidance verfehlt werden.

Langfristi­g denke ich, dass die Aktie einen guten Schnitt machen wird - aber nicht wie in Vergangenh­eit, sondern moderater.­ Bei langfristi­gen 10 % Rendite pro Jahr wäre ich bereits zufrieden.­  

Tencent war noch nie unterbewertet. Genausowen­ig wie Amazon jemals unterbewer­tet war.
Wovon man aber ausgehen kann, ist langfristi­g stetiges Wachstum.

Unterbewer­tung ergibt sich dadurch, dass die Summe der diskontier­ten Cashflows über dem Börsenkurs­ liegt.

Dass Wachstumsw­erte hohe KGV aufweisen,­ ist natürlich der Fall. Unterbewer­tet können sie dennoch sein - eben durch das Wachstum.
