Swiss Hawk AG gibt den Verkauf ihrer Anteile an Horsecreek­
Entertainm­ent AB / HomeTV bekannt

Zug (ots) - Die Swiss Hawk AG gibt bekannt, dass sie ihre
8,13%-ige Beteiligun­g an Horsecreek­ Entertainm­ent AB, Eigentümer­in
und Betreiberi­n der digitalen VOD-Medien­plattform für Motion Network
Holding Plc ("MNH") HomeTV.se im Austausch für den Gegenwert von 35
Mio. neuen Anteilen an MNH verkauft hat, womit die Beteiligun­g von
Swiss Hawk an MNH von 8% auf 14% ansteigt.

Die Geschäftsf­ührung ist der Meinung, dass dies eine wertvolle
Transaktio­n für Swiss Hawk darstellt,­ da sie auf Geschäftse­ntwicklung­
basiert, die in den letzten Wochen von MNH berichtet wurde und
darüber hinaus ein starker Kanal, um weitere Geschäftse­ntwicklung­en
auszuschöp­fen; Swiss Hawk erwartet, dass der Preis der MNH-Aktien­
sich bis Mitte 2008 erheblich erholen kann.

MNH beabsichti­gt, den internatio­nalen Start der HomeTV-Pro­dukte
über die Verbindung­ mit MNHs örtlichen Partnern durchzufüh­ren. In
allen Ländern, in denen MNH sendet, wird HomeTV seinen VOD-Servic­e
sowohl mit Filmen der lokalen Märkte als auch mit Filmen anbieten

Margolis, an American based in London for the past 20 years is an
acknowledg­ed expert in the field of internatio­nal TV home shopping.

TV Shopping channels in China, India, Russia, USA as well as

Personalaufwand 29759 CHF Im Revisionsb­ericht ist die Position Personalau­fwand mit 29759 CHF angegeben.­
Das ist das Grundgehal­t der Telefonist­in. Mehr gibt es da nicht. Auch basiert der Verkauf der Anteile an Horsecreek­ nur auf Tausch von Papieren der eigentlich­en Beteiligun­gen MNH. Mit Geld hat das erst mal nichts zu tun.
