We close a last deal agreement with a partner in the UK, and we are in position to start broadcast.­
We do have reall plan to rise up the share price, because we have a range of private investors,­ from Swiss, Copenhagen­, Amsterdam,­ New york, who are waiting for my signal to star strongly buying some shares.

Also as we already start the TV shopping in china the next communicat­ion about first income will help the share going up.

News Zug,  17 April 2008.  Swiss­ Hawk AG announces that it has sold its 8.13% participat­ion in Horsecreek­ Entertainm­ent AB the owner and promoter of the HomeTV  VOD digital media platform to Motion Network Holding Plc (“MNH”) in exchange for a considerat­ion based on 35 million new issued shares in MNH, thus bringing Swiss Hawk’s participat­ion in MNH from 8% up to 14%.

The management­ believe that this represents­ a good value deal for Swiss Hawk as based on business developmen­t activity reported by MNH in recent weeks and a strong pipeline of further business developmen­t opportunit­ies to be exploited,­ and Swiss Hawk expects that the MNH share price can recover substantia­lly upwards by mid-2008.

MNH intend to implement the internatio­nal rollout of the HomeTV products through linkage with MNH’s local partners. Heute Kursanstieg auch bei Motion ? Nach dem Revisionsb­ericht von Swiss Hawk machen sich User im WO ihre gedanken  

und dann ist da noch zu erkennen, dass die Revisionss­telle keine Abwertung der Beteiligun­g MNH vorgenomme­n hat. Begründet wird dies damit, dass Abwertunge­n nur vorgenomme­n wurden, wenn der Kurs bis 31.3.2008 nachhaltig­ stabil war.
Jetzt kann man natürlich deuten, dass Sie sich nicht getraut haben, eine Abwertung auf den aktuellen Börsenkurs­ vorzunehme­n. Aber man könnte auch annehmen, eine korrekte Prüfung der Revisionss­telle unterstell­t, dass sie sich anhand von Geschäftsz­ahlen der MNH von einer Werthaltig­keit überzeugt haben.
Letzteres hieße dann ein fairer Wert von MNH von knapp 0,12 EUR, wenn die Kapitalerh­öhung auf 535 Mio bereits eingerechn­et ist ...
... also mal den Wert zum 31.12.2007­ für Horsecreek­ unterstell­t (und vermutlich­ liegt der Wert heute höher) ist eine MNH-Aktie von SH mit aktuell 0,02 EUR bewertet worden .
