Uranio guessing I was talking to Peter 2 times and he was very negative about the company (very strange being negative about your own company ???), but on the other hand he said there is nothing certain yet with loosing licences in Africa.

He advised me to sell all my shares , since that is all I could do incase the company fails. But this made me suspecious­, bec it looked like they want to get all the shares even from the float, before a possible take over or wahtever they do to save the company. We know Areva is a nasty competitor­. There are many things they could do to save the company (sell it cheaprer like 1 EUR a share, go into JV, get financing)­. They still have other licences in Argentina and Mexico. They should be worth something.­ And as I know , they had several potential offers f a buy out.

Most of the Outstandin­g shares are in the hands of insiders anyway or investment­ companies,­ thats why I would asume , they are trying to save the company, including Peter.

However situation at this moment is very unclear. It can be winning or failing. But I know another stock , that also had great problems with licences, just before teh take over and evrybody was selling, but at the end take over happened and those who stuck with it won.

I dont see any reason to sell now, nor did I ever sa much selling when this stock was trading almost at 2 EUR. This tells me all the major shareholde­rs are still holding.

I think the best thing right now is to wait or maybe some people are even shorting, since we see this amazing jumps f 80% a day and back to 0.004. I dont know how much shorting in Europe is even allowed. However 80% profit is nice on the way up or down.

Good luck to all of us here. I would be glad to hear any informatio­n from those , who were talking with uranio Ag and Peter G. or just having some other opinion on it. Looks liek people are holding, so .......  

Interessting Maybe the Shareholde­rs shouldn´t give Mr. Goeggel Déchargeer­teilung, cause it can´t be that an important member of the company said negative things about it without a press release...­

P Goegl and Uranio So if he is leaving Uranio Ag and surelly invested a lot into it, why would taht be good f him? He is still responsabl­e f evrything he was involved in.Or did he sell himself to some other company. Nothing makes sence! As I talked to him last time , he was very negative about the company and that is strange , since he was the CEO.  

Uranio shares I just think they bashed the stock, so they could get a hold of all the float. Float only has been 15 % I think, so its not that hard to do that.

Why else wouldnt they make a single PR in months and wouldnt show how much they try to save the company , they invested in a lot themselves­?.....

Brunneta I dont understand your ???? It is just strange that they dont make any effort to show, how they intend to solve their situation.­ Most companies do!!! Some even lie, but they just dont make any effort at all and is known that most shares are owned by insiders and there was never any dumping when the stock was trading high.  

Any ideas from shareholders ? ....about what is happening in Uranio Ag.

Sad thing about this Forum is... ... evrybody  makes­ others guessing and nobody comes up with any info about the company. I hope people here at least have some shares in Uranio Ag, because othervice why hang here.

Great Stockkick300 ..obviousl­y u think insolting others is what this Forum is about. I hardly ever known a worse comunicati­on amnong stockholde­rs. Isnt this about sharing thoughts?  

Stock Forums I am present at quite few, but this one is reather just about how to bash one another and even a company itself, instead of sharing thoughts on the company and its shareprice­.

Thanx Zockerklaus I am glad to see someone here not just bashing this stock. Chart looks like we might even come out of oversold soon.

I wonder what stepping down of Mr. Peter Goegl might bring for the company...­.....The board meeting is on the 20 th of June. Can we expect a different story after that? I heard there were some mistakes done on his part and I hope to find out more about it.

..all I am trying to find out is whats happening with Uranio. And it seems kind of hard. They dont seem to go for bancrupsy,­ since they are still dealing with stepping down of Mr.Goegl. I am glad I make at least  some people say something here, even though not much inside about whats happening.­ Thats what such boards are about!

Nein! Warum auch ? Geht doch erst los. Erster Positionsa­ufbau mit der Option durch größeren Nachkauf den EK event. noch später anzupassen­. Muß ja nicht gleich mit der ganzen Kohle rein. Etwas Reserve braucht man immer.
