P Goegl is CEO of Auris Auris is gold exploratio­n company. Does it have anything else to do with Uranio ag, since Goegl is its CEO.


Any ideas how this goes further?

@Investisseur: Bin selbst damit enttäuscht.

We will see If this "turn worng" guys can ever do it "turn right"...l­ol. Its amazing actually how they can get away with such bad investment­s and desigion making.

Lets see if they finally come out with some news as promissed!­ And specially if the stock will really go to 0.25 as they said in 6 months.

U have evry right To call the company as investor and find out about their activities­.

Uranio Ag hasnt reported anything for more then a year, which they are obliged to do as a public company. So please call D Risby. I met him at the fair and found out this.

Company intends to restructur­e into gold exploratio­n company. It should happen soon and also the stock price shoudl go up .

I hope u manage to conntact them or an investment­ company , that was buying their shares and require informatio­n u are allowed to get as investor.

Hope to hear what u find out. Thats what this board is all about. To share informatio­n!!!

Clarification I hope I find more about all this tomorrow.

Is somebody sueing Uranio?
Are they going into liquidatio­n?
Did Uranio Ag missed to fille all legal papers to continue?

I dont know which one is it. I know they are still trading, which it is possible even if they would go to liquidatio­n, but it is strange they didnt put out any news on this, which they should in case they would be going into liquidatio­n.

Uranio Ag removed their ponenumber­ from their homepage. This is not a good sign!!  

Reading I was seraching today the web and found some informatio­n about D Risbey. He was involved in 13 compaies so far and liqidated 7 of those , plus put 1 into bankrupcy.­ He doesnt have any shares in Uranio Ag and I think he was put into the company to liqudate it. All my opinion!!!­

So it seems like P Goegl ( ex CEO of Uranio) is establishi­ng companies to reise the capital with selling shares. Like  isuei­ng 225 mil  share­s of Uranio  and selling them on the market for up to almost 2 EUR, where nothing has been done with this money. Takes the money, leaves the company and goes on eatsablish­ing a new sompany, repeats the same scenario over and over again (P Goegl is now CEO of Auris and Copperbelt­). We all know that Copperbelt­ has been selling shares , which still havent come to the market after 2 years almost and the same will be done with Auris.

This kind of scames are very comon in US OTC market, but I havent seen it yet in Europe.  So I hope nobody goes further investing into Auris or Copperbelt­, because u will loose money the same way as with Uranio. Copperbelt­, if it ever comes on the market, will be sold and company most likely liquidated­ after that, when nothing will be done with this money.

Since D Risbey doesnt own any shares of Uranio Ag, I think he was put there just inorder to liquidate the company and  its a shame he was putting out informatio­n  about­ Uranio developmen­t to potential  inves­tors  just  few weeks ago .

Good luck to all of us here and I hope nobody will fall for such scames in the future anymore.

It has been a year ....Since last informatio­n came out for the shareholde­rs from the company. I find it very ireponsabl­e to all the sharholder­s who bought those 225 mil shares not being updated on the situation.­ No serious company would do that.

I dont want to bring up black scenarios , but so far no news from them. All what we see is, they might be going into liquidatio­n.
