delisting ? Why ... i don't think that this mean delisting  

Well... ..in the document, that Rudini posted it sais that the last day of Trading on Frankfurt stockexcha­ne will be 25.8.11. I dont know if this is final or not or if they intend to prolong it.

But it certainly means , that Uranio wount be traded on open market anymore, which means they dont need to raise capital anymore. This could be a good or a bad sign. If their licences in Africa will be prolonged in 4 weeks , they could just continue with buy out or some other possibilit­y. They only had 15% of shares on the open market, so this shouldnt mean much to them.

In the worst secnario Uranio will just go to liqidation­. So which one is it going to be? To continue exploratio­n more then 1 mil$ a year is needed and this could only mean weather they go into buy out or liquidatio­n or they intend to get money for further exploratio­n some other way (joint venture...­.).

Any thoughts on this?
