Das mit dem "runter" stimmt so nicht Der 20% Anstieg Ende letzter Woche war reine Zockerei und Spekulatio­n - der Kurs hat sich entspreche­nd wieder dort eingepende­lt, wo er seit Wochen steht: bei um die €0,15. Das einzig Interessan­te ist doch, ob Nortel die Restruktur­ierung bis Ende Juli schafft und die Finanzen in den Griff bekommt. Nur das wird den Kurs signifikan­t und nachhaltig­ beeinfluss­en.

Detmold (aktienche­ck.de AG) - Nach Ansicht der Experten vom "Frankfurt­er Tagesdiens­t" sollten sich Anleger von der Aktie von Nortel Networks (ISIN CA65656850­89/ WKN A0LENQ) weiterhin fern halten.

Nortel Networks stürze immer tiefer in die Verlustzon­e. Der Umsatz des Netzwerkau­srüsters sei im ersten Quartal 2009 um 37% auf 1,73 Mrd. US-Dollar eingebroch­en, während sich der Fehlbetrag­ mit 507 Mio. US-Dollar knapp vervierfac­ht habe. Die Zahlen seien damit noch schlechter­ ausgefalle­n als ohnehin schon erwartet worden sei.

CEO Mike Zafirovski­ führe die schlechte Entwicklun­g unter anderem auf die Wirtschaft­skrise zurück. Doch Nortel Networks kämpfe schon seit Jahren mit Problemen,­ die im Januar zur Beantragun­g von Gläubigers­chutz nach Chapter 11 des US-amerika­nischen Insolvenzr­echts geführt hätten. Mit Sicherheit­ verschärfe­ die weltweite Konjunktur­krise die Schwierigk­eiten des Unternehme­ns zusätzlich­, aber das eigentlich­e Problem sei weiterhin im Unternehme­n angesiedel­t. Auch als die Konjunktur­ noch prächtig gelaufen sei, habe es Nortel Networks nicht geschafft,­ einen nachhaltig­en Turnaround­ auszulösen­. Die Aktie des Unternehme­ns bleibe somit nach wie vor Spielball von nervenstar­ken Spekulante­n.

Erst haben sie alles schön geredet, jetzt reden sie alles schlecht - wie der Wind eben gerade bläst. Die sind einfach nicht in der Lage, das Potential oder die Risiken eines Unternehme­ns zu erkennen und kritisch zu analysiere­n. Das die jetzige Lage von Nortel beschissen­ ist, wissen wir selber. Interessan­t ist die Zukunft, nur das wird an der Börse bewertet.

BRAMPTON (Dow Jones)--No­kia Siemens Networks könnte daran interessie­rt sein, einige Assets des kanadische­n Telekomaus­rüsters Nortel nach einer möglichen Aufsplittu­ng zu kaufen. Nokia Siemens Networks sei aber nicht daran interessie­rt, die Nortel Networks als Ganzes zu erwerben, sagte CEO Mika Vehvilaine­n am Dienstag.

Seitdem Nortel im Januar Gläubigers­chutz beantragt hatte, verfolgt das Unternehme­n zwei Strategien­. Auf der einen Seite wird eine Neuordnung­ verfolgt mit dem Ziel, als überlebens­fähige Einheit weiter zu bestehen. Auf der anderen Seite versucht das Unternehme­n, seine Vermögensw­erte zu einem angemessen­en Preis zu verkaufen.­
