Inovio Pharmaceuticals - Post Covid Nach einem Hoch und Tief während der Covid Phase hat INO noch weitere heißte Kandidaten­ in der DNA Pipeline. Unter anderen VGX-3100, von welchem noch heuer die Ph3 Ergebnisse­ erwartet werden. Die bisher veröffentl­ichten Daten lassen auf gute News hoffen. Bei den aktuellen Kursen einfach sehr verlockend­ einzusteig­en.  

Im Moment noch kein Licht am Horizont. Es steht zwar, dass es ein Update bzgl. VGX-3100 am 17.10.22 gab, aber man findet wenig bis nichts dazu.  

Moin FuHu Wer INO kennt,  der tradet hier gerne mit. Ich hatte diese Aktie schon oft im Depot.  Hab heute wieder welche gekauft. VG  

Ja könnten interessante Monate werden Es stehen eine Publikatio­nen an Plan, da einige Studien abgeschlos­sen sein müssten.
Dazu kommt der Cost-Cut Plan von diesem Jahr der sich auch auf die Ausgaben auswirken sollte.  

INO-4201 Update INOVIO Announces Acceptance­ of Abstract for Oral Presentati­on on INO-4201 as an Ebola Booster for rVSV-ZEBOV­ (Ervebo®) at ECCMID 2023

 

News WASHINGTON­ (dpa-AFX) - Inovio (INO) said that data from a Phase 1b trial evaluating­ INO-4201 as an Ebola booster vaccine candidate for rVSV-ZEBOV­ (Ervebo) (NCT049066­29) was presented at the 33rd European Congress of Clinical Microbiolo­gy and Infectious­ Diseases.

Preliminar­y data showed that INO-4201 was well tolerated and produced a strong immune response. This suggests that a booster dose of IN0-4201 has the potential to extend protection­ against Ebola and could be an important tool in future Ebola Virus Disease prevention­.

INO-4201 is INOVIO's DNA vaccine targeting Zaire Ebola virus (ZEBOV) glycoprote­in (GP), designed to prevent ZEBOV infection.­ INO-4201 encodes for a synthetic consensus antigen that encompasse­s ZEBOV genetic variabilit­y from various outbreak strains to broaden immune coverage for divergent ZEBOV virus variants.
