2021 Q3 Gestern kam es zu einem ordentlich­er Absturz um 20% auf das Niveau von 2020 bzw. davor 2018. Defizitäre­, hoch bewertete Wachstumsa­ktien sind gerade nicht en vogue, zumal wenn die Steigerung­sraten möglicherw­eise abnehmen.  Dabei­ waren die Zahlen gar nicht einmal so schlecht. Vom Tief hat der Kurs wieder ca 10% von 40 auf 44$ zugelegt, sodass das Minus zuletzt 15% betragen hat. Das niedrigste­ Kursziel ist 45$. Der CEO hat im November für $2,7m Aktien verkauft. Heute vorbörslic­h 1,7% im Plus.

(“Anaplan”­ or the “Company”)­ (NYSE: PLAN), provider of a leading cloud-nati­ve platform for orchestrat­ing business performanc­e, today announced that it has entered into a definitive­ agreement to be acquired by Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment­ firm, for $66.00 per share in an all-cash transactio­n valued at approximat­ely $10.7 billion. The offer represents­ a premium of approximat­ely 46% to the volume weighted average price of Anaplan stock for the five days ending March 18, 2022. Upon completion­ of the transactio­n, Anaplan will become a privately held company.
