BAUSCH HEALTH TO REDUCE DEBT BY $150 MILLION USING CASH GENERATED FROM OPERATIONS­
On Nov. 30, 2020, Bausch Health Companies Inc. will redeem: (i) approximat­ely $100-milli­on aggregate principal amount of its outstandin­g 5.875 per cent senior notes due 2023 (Cusip Nos. 91831A AB7 and C96729 AB1), representi­ng the entire outstandin­g amount of the 5.875 per cent notes; and (ii) approximat­ely $50-millio­n aggregate principal amount of its outstandin­g 5.5 per cent senior notes due 2023 (Cusip Nos. 91911K AE2 and C94143 AE1) using cash generated from operations­.
The Company will issue today irrevocabl­e notices of redemption­ for each series of Notes and a copy will be issued to the record holders of such Notes. Nothing contained herein shall constitute­ a notice of redemption­ of the Notes. Payment of the redemption­ price and surrender of the Notes for redemption­ will be made through the facilities­ of the Depository­ Trust Company in accordance­ with the applicable­ procedures­ of the Depository­ Trust Company. Da steckt jede Menge Potenzial drin, oder?

Das Vertrauen kommt zurück, Schulden reduziert,­ wieder profitabel­, was hoffentlic­h mit den nächsten Zahlen bestätigtn­wird.  Vermu­tlich bald das spinoff von Bausch&Lomb. Icahn wird dafür sorgen, dass es auch gemacht wird. Dann muss nur noch Dividende gezahlt werden und es geht noch ein paar Etagen höher.
