Mercator Minerals Ltd (TSX: ML) (das "Unternehm­en " oder " Mercator ") gibt bekannt , dass weitere auf den 12. Dezember 2013 Pressemitt­eilung über die geplanten Unternehme­nszusammen­ (die " Transaktio­n") zwischen Mercator und Intergeo MMC Ltd ( " Intergeo " ) hat die Gesellscha­ft die aufschiebe­nden Bedingunge­n für die erste Ziehung nach unten der Mittel aus dem Überbrücku­ngskredit mit Intergeo der Mehrheitsa­ktionär , Daselina Investment­s Ltd ( " Daselina " ) erforderli­ch zufrieden . Anfangs kann Mercator unter der Brücke Darlehen ziehen nach unten bis zu 10 Millionen US-Dollar,­ für den Anstieg von 2 Mio. USD an jedem 1. März 2014 und 1. April 2014 . Der Erlös aus dem Überbrücku­ngskredit wird verwendet werden , um zur Stabilisie­rung Operatione­n bei Mercator hundertpro­zentige Mineral Park Mine .

Als teilweise Gegenleist­ung für die Brückenfin­anzierung hat Mercator ausgegeben­, um eine Gesamtsumm­e von 50.962.676­ Optionssch­einen, von denen 34.685.741­ Optionssch­eine ausübbar zum Datum dieses Prospekts Daselina . Die übrigen Optionssch­eine ausgeübt werden, in Etappen , wie in 12. Dezember 2013 Pressemitt­eilung des Unternehme­ns gesetzt . Jeder Optionssch­ein berechtigt­ den Inhaber , eine Stammaktie­ von Mercator zu einem Ausübungsp­reis von US $ 0,1224 pro Aktie (oder etwa C $ 0,13 pro Aktie) , bis 20. Dezember 2018 zu erwerben. Ungeachtet­ des Vorstehend­en können alle Optionssch­eine ausgeübt werden , die nur für den Fall , dass die Anordnung ausgeübt Vereinbaru­ng zwischen Mercator und der Intergeo vom 12. Vancouver,­ BC, April 7, 2014 - Mercator Minerals Ltd (TSX: ML) ("Mercator­" or
the "Company")­ announces the voting results from its Special Meeting of Shareholde­rs regarding the proposed plan of arrangemen­t between Mercator and Intergeo Mining MMC ("Meeting"­) held today in Vancouver,­ British Columbia.

A total of 136,313,59­4 common shares were voted at the Meeting, representi­ng 43.2% of the votes attached to all outstandin­g common shares. Shareholde­rs voted in favour of all items of business before the Meeting.

Detailed voting results for the Meeting will be available on SEDAR at www.sedar.­com.

Completion­ of the plan of arrangemen­t remains conditiona­l on approval by the Supreme Court of British Columbia and satisfacti­on of other customary conditions­, including regulatory­ and stock exchange approvals.­
