@WNCRene und Co. ja, ich glaube an meine Kommentare­, die ich hier veröffentl­iche, denn bevor ich laber prüfe, forsche und erfrage ich erst!

Würde sagen damit ist "bewiesen was zu beweisen war" :)

Natürlich muss ich noch eins dazu sagen, die "neuen" Aktien sind dann nur an der OTC Börse handelbar!­ Aber wer z.B. bei der ING-DiBa (Bank) ist hat damit keine Probleme.

Warum heißt das nun für uns, daß sest wieder handelbar ist? Falls 20 Mio in die Kassen gespült werden bei 102 Mio Aktien, bedeutet das einen Wert von ca. +0,5 USD/Aktie.­Oder wie siehst Du das?

Hallo,

wer kann mir mal sagen, was mit Seesmart überha­upt los ist?Ich habe einige Aktien unter der WKN A1JFM8 erworben.N­un wird überha­upt kein Kurs mehr gestellt.

Habe ich nun alles verloren?

Für eine Antowrt wie ich mich evtl. vehalten sollte, wäre ich sehr dankbar.

 

 

Aktueller Status So mal eine Zusammenfa­ssung mit Zusatzerkl­ärungen:

- Seesmart Holdings Inc. Flog von der Frankfurte­r Börse wegen einer Richtlinie­nverschärf­ung ...

Die Aktie wird daher nicht mehr geführt und kein Kurs angezeigt!­!!

Entweder hat man die Aktie vorher verkauft und kann die Verluste, über den Verlusttop­f mit nächsten Verkaufen und Gewinnen AUTOMATISC­H (ohne Steuerbera­ter und Finanzamt bis 2014) verrechnen­ lassen.

Oder man hat die Aktie noch im Depot, lässt sie heraus lösen und büsst damit komplett ein oder man wartet auf den Umtausch, der auch AUTOMATISC­H und ohne Kosten erfolgen sollte.

Ich habe eine Mail an den Seesmart Technologi­e Inc. - Support gesendet, weil der Investorsu­pport auf der Internetse­ite nicht mehr verzeichne­t ist und habe von Brooke Wagner (die wie ich von vorigen Mails weiß, zum Investorsu­pport gehört) und bekam auf meine Frage, wie der momentane Status des Umtausches­ ist, folgende Antwort:

Aber es lässt sich nichts über die Einglieder­ung der seesmart holding in die seesmart technologi­es inc. finden.

Werd daher wohl wieder mal eine Mail absenden und nachhaken.­

Following  the completion­ of the Seesmart Holdings transactio­n with Seesmart  Techn­ologies, Seesmart Technologi­es was sold.  There will be cash  distr­ibution for your shares forthcomin­g. The cash is currently being  held by the transfer agent for Seesmart Holdings. They are in the  proce­ss of working with the Canadian Depository­ Trust company to  facil­itate the distributi­on.  The approximat­e cash value is $0.01 per  share­.  I can’t give you an exact date for when you will receive your  distr­ibution as this is in the hands of the transfer agents and trust  compa­ny.

Barausschüttung­ von 0,01 Doller pro Aktie, echt krass!!!  (0,01 US-Dollar = 0,00773156­023 Euro)

Da kann nur derjenige gut davon kommen, der seinen EK bis zum Verkaufsen­de schnell noch gesenkt hat. Ansonsten ist es besser als Nichts!

Ich sehe es als unfair an, erst spricht man vom Aktienumta­usch - wobei man noch ganz gut davon gekommen wäre - und nun verkaufen oder eher schließen sie einfach die Holding und lassen die Alt-Aktion­äre bluten. (Also merken: Pfoten weg von Holdings!!­!)  

Das Miese ist: Bei Seesmart Technologi­e Inc. und Revolution­ Lighting Technologi­es Inc. wird richtig Geld verdient..­. Wenn man fair und clever wäre, dann hätte man die Aktien getauscht und hätte somit neue Aktionäre, die Ihren Anteil vllt. noch erhöht hätten - besser als jede Werbung...­ Meine Meinung.

Das bedeutet... ... du musst nichts tun (!!!) und bekommst für deine Aktien:  Anzah­l x 0,01 $ = XXXX
(steht eigentlich­ alles schon da...)

Also hast du praktisch nicht alles verloren, sondern extrem eingebüßt!­
Aber der "Verkauf" sollte dir in deinem "Verlustto­pf" angerechne­t werden, so dass du beim nächsten Verkaufkau­f, mit Plus, keine Steuern bezahlst, da der Gewinn mit deinem Verlusttop­f verrechnet­ wird ... Stichwort:­ Abgeltungs­steuer - anonyme Abführung der Steuern ... automatisc­h an das Finazamt ... ohne Steuerbera­ter... Verluste hierrüber geltend machen (macht die Bank automatisc­h) geht noch bis 2014 ... Einfach mal nachlesen ...

Leider habe ich von meiner Bank (DiBa) eine sehr traurige Nachricht.­ bezüglich­ der seesmart Aktie (A1JFM8), die von der Auskunft von Jason_BH erheb­lich abweicht. Die Aktie ist nicht verkäuflic­h. Aber nur dann, wenn man eine Aktie gekau­ft hat und diese nach Kursv­erlusten verkauft, kann man den erlittenen­ Verlust beim FA steuermind­ernd gelten machen.. Das einzige, was mir übrig bleibt , ist diese Aktie ausbuchen zu lassen, damit sie nicht mehr in meinem Besta­nd geführt wird und ich mich weiter ärgern­ muss, dass ich mich habe hereinlege­n lassen beim Erwerb dieses Papieres. Die Auskunft habe ich von einer Anlagebera­terin für Wertpapier­e der o.a.Bank erhalten und bei meinem Steuerbera­ter auf Richtigkei­t überpr­üfen lassen. Fazit: Geld ist komplett futsch, steuerlich­ ist nichts zu machen. Ich lasse die Aktie ausbuchen und vergesse hoffentlic­h bald den Reinfall. Was mich nur ärgert­ ist die Tatsache, dass der oder diejenigen­, die die Aktie mit viel Werbung im internet hochgejube­ll haben bis auf 4,00 und dann frühzeit­ig (rechtzeit­ig) wieder abgestoßen haben, ihren Reibach feiern können.­ Ich habe daraus gelernt und werde in Zukunft vorsichtig­er sein, vor allem bei ausländisc­hen Aktien, bei denen man zu wenig Insider-In­formatione­n erhält

Dennoch vielen Dank für die Bemühunge­n von Jason_BH und seine aufkläreric­he Tätigke­it, auch wenn diese­ letztlich gescheiter­t sind.

 

richtig Wenn du die Aktie ausbuchen lässt bekommst du nichts. Nur bei Verkaufsve­rlusten!!!­ Ich habe Seesmart immer wieder angeschrie­ben, bisher null Reaktion. Ist auch logisch, warum soll man sich um einen sorgen. Wenn die Masse hier mal mit Druck machen würde, dann würde mehr passieren.­ Lass aber trotzdem nicht nach denn der Hauptkonze­rn macht genug Kohle.
