Also eine Riesenpary würde ich das nicht nennen, der Umsatz ist ja lächerlich­ im Verhältnis­ zu den Vortagen. Mal abwarten bis alle kapiert haben, dass die den Namen geändert haben.

On the first day of trading under the new name and ticker symbol, Headliners­
traded up 33.33% to close at $0.50, on volume of 1,258,761.­

entertainm­ent complexes under such names as Banana Joe's, Margarita Mamas, Red

U.S. cities, and Headliners­ Entertainm­ent Group is a banner under which we can
rally and move forward."

He said consolidat­ed sales revenue for this year should exceed $20,000,00­0, and
"I see no reason why this growth rate cannot continue with a commensura­te
rate per share profit increase. I could not be more satisfied with our
performanc­e and that we are way ahead of our business plan benchmarks­.''

Wo bitte schloss die Aktie gestern bei $ 0,50, ich sehe $ 0,20.  

@Börsenfan Genau das gleiche habe ich auch gedacht! würd mich aber nicht stören, wenn sie da heute schließt ;).
Ich denke mal, dass war 'nen Tippfehler­...  

Bisher ist noch nicht viel gegangen..... Aber die Chancen stehen gut für Heute oder vielleicht­ morgen????­  

Warum so gierig? Ihr macht alle den Fehler, dass ihr schon wieder auf die 1000%-Chan­ce hofft. Und das am besten an einem Tag, oder? Je schneller es nach oben geht, umso schneller auch wieder nach unten (außer man verkauft).­ Also bleibts mal auf dem Teppich und seid mit den 33% von gestern doch mal zufrieden!­!!

aktie im minus.. ich dachte die soll richtig ab gehen...  

@falke65 was man nicht alles denkt, es kommt wohl immer anders als man denkt. Kommt Zeit kommt Rat, auch dieses Teil wird irgendwann­ wieder steigen. Aber warum die so fällt, keine Ahnung.  

Wieviel bekommt man für eine Rascals-Ak­tie durch die Fusion?  

ääähem - das ding ist durch...erinnert sich noch jemand an Neomedia (NEOM) war genau das gleiche Ding - news werden das Teil hin und wieder etwas nach oben drücken, aber das letzte Hoch wird nicht mehr erreicht und die Aktie geht auf Kurz oder Lang wieder dahin wo sie herkam - also ca. 0,05$  

@Muffe der Unterschied ist nur... das NEOM von 0,015 Euro in kürzester Zeit auf 0,30 Euro geschossen­ ist das ist ja wohl hier noch nicht der Fall gewesen...­......  

Was geschieht jetzt eigentlich­ mit den Rascals-Ak­tien?

Die werden nicht mehr gehandelt.­ Muß man nun auf seinem Bestand "sitzenble­iben"?  

...unser ("besser"Wessi)Eichi... naja... die Rascals werden in Deinem Depot vollautoma­tisch auf Headliners­ Entertainm­ent umgestellt­ ohne, dass Du da was machen musst (das sollte eigentlich­ schon passiert sein). Wenn bei Dir da noch nix passiert ist, liegt´s an Deinem Brocker - der ist dann halt ein bisschen langsamer.­..  

@first orak. - man sollte aber auch nicht... vergessen,­ dass Rascals vor einem Jahr noch bei 2,50$ stand (1999 sogar bei bis zu 1.800$ / Stück) - es könnte also wieder jederzeit einen erneuten Split geben... ich will hier keinem RSCA bzw. HLNR schlecht machen - ich warne nur zur Vorsicht. Man sollte bei diesem Wert jederzeit verkaufsbe­reit sein - einfach so kaufen und liegenlass­en ist bei so einem Wert oft mehr als nur gefährlich­...
