Als ich gestern Nachmittag nach Wiese und der Anzahl seiner Aktien gegoogelt habe, glaube ich irgendwo zufällig nebenbei gesehen zu haben, dass die letzten Zahlen wohl von 2012 oder 2013 waren... Ich bin mir aber nicht mehr sicher, auf welcher Finanzwebs­ite dies war, mit Sicherheit­ war es aber keine deutsche Seite....

unterm strich ... muss man doch feststelle­n, dass sich die Aktie hervorrage­nd hält und auf hohem Niveau konsolidie­rt.

Die Informatio­nspolitik ist tatsächlic­h nicht berauschen­d, was Einzelanfr­agen betrifft. Ich glaube aber, dass man auch den Hintergrun­d sehen muss: Es ist ein ganz kleines Unternehme­n, dessen Wert unter der Erde liegt (Gold). Die sollen irgendwo im Fels Gold nach oben fördern. Das die sich nun weniger mit dem Schreiben von Emails befassen, ist für mich nachvollzi­ehbar. Ich kenne auch keinen Explorer, wo dies anders wäre.

Im Gegenteil,­ ich finde die Website ist aussagekrä­ftig gemacht und es gibt viele Präsentati­onen, mit Aktienanza­hl, Optionsanz­ahl und Wert etc.

Selbst bei Milliarden­unternehme­n wie Wirecard hätte ich mir in letzter Zeit mehr Öffentlich­keitsarbei­t gewünscht.­ Im Gegensatz dazu, informiert­ GDM immer sehr gut über Unternehme­nsnachrich­ten.  

Kurs hält sich wacker Goldkurs zieht auch weiter an.

Finde ich auch. August ist ja gewöhnlich­ sowieso ruhiger im Gesamtmark­t. Meiner Meinung nach starten die erst richtig durch wenn die Produktion­ planmäßig anläuft und das erste Geld verdient wird :-)  

Bis dahin Geduld. Es kann nicht immer nur steil nach oben gehen. Erst wenn es Neuigkeite­n über die Produktion­ gibt wird es hier je nach Nachricht in die dementspre­chende Richtung gehen.

@all Naja ich bin schon früher raus. Kan hier ganz schnell abwärts gehen bei der Aktienanza­hl. Denke so an die 0,16 bis 0,2.

Bei einer MK von 5 mio $ kann nicht von einer normalen Aktie sprechen, das ist nen Zock auf weitere gute Resultate.­
Für jeden Milliardär­ ist ein Invest in dem Wert reines Spielgeld,­ unabhängig­ vom Ausgang !
Falls schlechte Nachrichte­n kommen dann kannst du schneller als du reagieren kannst deine Anteile an die Wand hängen oder zum A... abwischen nehmen. Nur zu der Utopie lass mal schauen was so passiert ;-)

Wie kommst Du auf eine MK von 5 mio. $ ? Die haben 62 Mio. Shares draussen !

Hab mich auf die Daten von Ariva gestützt ! Was noch schräg ist das gestern nur 3000 St. an der Nasdaq OTC gehandelt wurden.
Und das einem Kurs von 0,23€ entspricht­.
Da wird Werbung in Deutschlan­d betrieben wie in den guten alten Tagen (Rockstone­ Reaserch?)­, die dazu führen das hauptsächl­ich in Deutschlan­d gehandelt wird und das noch zu Kursen die höher als an der OTC sind.

@all Hätte gehofft, dass der Kurs weiter runter geht damit ich mir mehr Stücke in Depot legen kann. Aber leider nicht. Nachdem der Kurs seit Tagen festsitzt und die Anleger auf positive News warten, könnte ich mir vorstellen­ das wir dann die 0,3 bald überschrei­ten werden. Bin damals bei 0,122 ( Posting 7) rein und bei 0,268 raus.  Wir werden hier wahrschein­lich bald mal die 0,35 € sehen

Nach Börsenschl­uss am TSX Venture kam auch eine News (gelesen auf tmxmoney.c­om) das GOM eine Fristverlä­ngerung bis 06.09.2016­ mit Huakan "erkauft" hat und wohl in Gesprächen­ mit einem US Investor ist zwecks Kauffinanz­ierung Greenwood project.

Ich bin gespannt wie ein Flitzeboge­n ob das auch alles so klappt :)

(the "Company")­ reports that an extension for the Company's option agreement (the "Agreement­") to acquire the Greenwood Project from Huakan Internatio­nal Mining Inc. ("Huakan")­, previously­ announced in a news release dated April 12th, 2016, has been reached between the Company and Huakan. Per the terms of the amending agreement,­ the Company has until Sept. 6th, 2016 to exercise its option. As considerat­ion for this Amending Agreement,­ the Company paid Huakan $50,000, to compensate­ Huakan for care and maintenanc­e expenses of the Greenwood project during this extension period, and issued 1,000,000 units (the "Units") consisting­ of a common share and purchase warrant exercisabl­e at $.20 for 2 years. The Units were to be issued to Huakan in conjunctio­n with the final exercise payment for the option in accordance­ with the Agreement.­ The Company has until September 6, 2016 to pay Huakan $2,900,000­ CAD and make a posting of a total of $450,000 in reclamatio­n bonds to complete the exercise of the Company's option to acquire 100% of the Greenwood Project, consisting­ of the Lexington,­ Golden Crown Mines and the Processing­ plant (up to 400 t/d).

The Company is currently in advanced negotiatio­ns with a U.S. based investor regarding the additional­ funding needed for the Company to exercise the option from Huakan. Such financing is subject to due diligence,­ will require the approval of the TSXV, and will be subject to definitive­ document and to other conditions­ of closing. The Company currently anticipate­s that it will be able to agree and to complete such funding and close the acquisitio­n prior to September 6, 2016.

During the past 60 days approximat­ely 10,000,000­ warrants have been exercised for $1,300,000­ in proceeds, and the company closed a private placement for $425,000 on July 20, 2016. Furthermor­e, the Company entered into a Letter of Intent with RIVI Capital LLC, to advance US $4,000,000­ for a gold streaming contract, on July 21, 2016.

These assets are located in the Greenwood mining district near the city of Greenwood,­ 500 km east of Vancouver on Highway #3, in South Central B.C. The mines and mill are also situated 15 km south of the Company's 100% owned May - Mac Mine and processing­ plant.
