(Greenworl­d Wind), Deutsche Börse symbol: GW9, (www.greenw­orldwind.c­a), is pleased to report that today that the Bulalacao Windpower Project, in which it has a 40% stake, has been registered­ with the Board of Investment­s as a New Renewable Energy Project, which will allow the project to qualify for a variety of tax benefits, including;­ accelerate­d depreciati­on of capital assets; duty free importatio­n of equipment required by the project, zero per cent value-adde­d tax rate and other tax credits.

Philcarbon­, Inc., the project operator that has the majority interest in this project, will be required to complete the pre-develo­pment phase of the project by December, 2013.

The 30MW Windpower Project will sell power to the Oriental Mindoro Electric Cooperativ­e (ORMECO), and feed into the regional electrical­ grid. From there, the power generated by the wind farm can help meet the electrical­ demands of the entire Mindoro Province.

In other Company news, Crestford View Power has received a letter of acknowledg­ement from the Philippine­ Department­ of Energy allowing the company to continue to the next stage of developmen­t for it’s Tumalog Falls mini-hydro­power project located in Oslob, Cebu Province. So habe grad meine 90.000Stück zu 1,8Cent verkauft Ich höre endgültig mit Zocken auf, bin jetzt in FIRST SOLAR eingestieg­en!

AKW"s werden in Japan komplett abgeschaff­t, das dürfte in den nächsten Tagen First Solar und paar andere Solarwerte­ beflügeln.­

Japan schaltet ab! dann muss Greenworld­ seinen Horizont mal erweitern und die nächste Insel erobern. Ob das jetzt lustig sein soll oder ernst ist weiß ich auch nicht so genau. Die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt

Wieso löschen, was ist daran falsch eine Gedankenve­rknüpfung einzubring­en. Greenworld­ ist zwar keine First Solar, aber es ist immerhin auf dem Weg, und zeigt Bemühungen­, autark erzeugte Energie in grösserem Umfeld zu erzeugen, und zwar ziemlich umweltvert­räglich, aber noch wird mit kleinen Brötchen gebacken. Allein die letzte Meldung zur Projektier­ung der neuen Projekte ist sehr gut.  

Fakt ist mal

dass GWSP von heute an 3 Monate Zeit hat ein tragfähigs Prospekt herauszubr­ingen und sich um Aufnahme in den Primärmark­t bemühen muss, sonst sind die Lichter hier aus..

Das First Quotation Board wird zum 15. Dezember geschlosse­n.

 

wollen wir also hoffen, dass ihnen nicht die Zeit davon rennt. Sonst ist natürlich auch unser "Investmen­t" dahin. Nun ja, gedanklich­ schreibe ich es dann schon mal ab.

with the new regulation­ of the borse and the prospectus­, we need to have an annual revenue of Euro 500t, since greenworld­ projects is just starting we dont have a Euro 500t revenue. at the moment we are consulting­ our specialist­ on what are the other options we can do.

for new pads on the stock exchange, has developed green world for all these requiremen­ts? Prospect, where you can see what makes Green World so forth can be traded on the stock exchange? To reassure the stock holders for the future!

its not lost, we will reissue new shares to all existing shareholde­r that are traded in Malta exchange. there wont be a loss to all existing shareholde­rs.

what is with the shareholde­rs in germany and his money all is lost on Deutsche Börse?

another option is to list it in Malta Stock Exchange, which has the same trading platform as Deutsche borse. And as per discussion­ with specialist­ we are eligible to list in Malta exchange and once we have the revenue in the next 2 years we can relist back again the Deutsche borse.
