...zweitrangig. die kurse die wir brauchen kan man sich aus heutiger sicht auch mit unenschrokener fantasie kaum vorstellen daher entwickelt man schon szenario bei welchem kurs komme ich einigermasen raus und hofft das die zwei vorm komma realität wird.

FORSYS METALS ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Toronto, ON – August 12, 2015 - Forsys Metals Corp. (TSX: FSY) (FSE: F2T) (NSX: FSY) (“Forsys” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it intends to raise up to C$2.2m in gross proceeds by way of a non-brokered private placement of up to 16.9m units (“the Units”) in the Company at a subscription price of $0.13 per Unit.
Each Unit will consist of one Class A Common Share (“Common Share”) and one half of one Common Share purchase warrant that entitles the holder to acquire a new Common Share in Forsys at a price of $0.25 for a period of two years from the date of issue.
Proceeds from the private placement will be used to fund the Norasa Uranium project in Namibia, as well as for general working capital purposes.
Forsys has received a firm commitment from Leo Fund Managers Limited (“Leo”), the Company’s largest shareholder, whereby Leo will subscribe on behalf of certain of its funds for 7.9 million Units for gross proceeds of C$1.03m. Forsys Chief Executive Officer Marcel Hilmer said, “A further investment in the Company by Leo, a leading European financial services company based in London, demonstrates a continuing commitment by Leo to the Company specifically and the uranium industry in general.”
The Offering is expected to close on or about August 17, 2015. All securities issued through the private placement will be subject to a four-month and one-day hold period from the date of the closing. Completion of the private placement is subject to customary approvals and conditions. Finders’ fees may be payable on all or a portion of the non-brokered placement.

verlasse auf Uranaktien dich nicht.
Nee mal im ernst, sollte Leo bei der Stange bleiben was sie ja zwangsläufig müssen aufgrund ihrer in der Vergangenheit hohen Einstiegskurse bei Forsys, dann könnte es doch noch gelingen das Projekt in die Produktion zu bringen. Wichtig wäre ein starker Investor und gleichzeitiger Abnehmer für das Uran.
Mich würde mal interessieren zu welchem Durchschnittskurs Leo Fund investiert ist, aber das wird wohl deren Geheimniss bleiben.

ist - aber nicht nur für Forsys - Rohstoffe sind insgesamt nicht mehr
gefragt, um dass zu ändern bedarf es einer weltweiten Katastrophe, leider.

In Summe besitzt Leo jetzt 73.606.400 Aktien. Das entspricht knapp 54%.
Von den Optionen der letzten Jahre dürfte Leo keine gezogen haben, da der Kursverlauf nicht entsprechend war.

...das leo seine nerven nicht verliert und sein angestrebten 30% gewinn auch abschöpfen möchte. somit wäre sein vk bei 2 cad was aus heutiger sicht knapp 1500 % gewinn bedeuten würde und das erscheint mir doch zu optimistisch....

Leo,DFA und SMP sind die Instis und die hatten vor dem PP 66.038.770 Aktien in Summe. Neu ist die Patten Group mit 7000 Stück. Ich gehe davon aus das die meisten langjährigen "Forsysfreunde" mehr Stücke halten. Von daher auch nicht erwähnungswert.
