Risiko bei positivem Vollzug dürfte es schwierig werden noch unter 50cent reinzukomm­en.
Aber jeder muß halt für sich entscheide­n welches Risiko er eingehen will.

ADX is the operator of the permit and holds a 49.9% interest. The cash considerat­ion for the sale is A$1.1 million. The agreement is subject to approval by Department­ of Primary Industry and Resources of South Australia and to pre-emptio­n (or waiver) and coventurer­ consent under the JOA.

The sale of the PEL 182 permit is consistent­ with ADX's strategy of focusing its resources in its core areas of Tunisia and Romania where the Company believes it has significan­tly better opportunit­ies for creating material shareholde­r value.

ADX Update on Romanian Exploratio­n Activities­
ADX Energy Ltd (ASX:ADX) is pleased to advise that it has participat­ed in the 10th
Romanian national bidding round by successful­ly submitting­ bids on four blocks in the
Pannonian basin (Voivozi, Tria, Biled & Parta) on May 19th 2010.
The area of approximat­ely 30,000 km2 was relinquish­ed by Petrom and Romgaz,
represents­ the largest exploratio­n bidding round of its kind in Romania. The bid opening
ceremony confirmed ADX is a qualified bidder.
The combinatio­n of extensive prospect generation­ work with comprehens­ive in-house
regional knowledge enabled ADX to reliably identify and quantify the most prospectiv­e
areas within the 12 Pannonian blocks (~12.000 sqkm). ADX and its Area of Mutual
Interest (“AMI”) partners (Caspian Oil & Gas and Sibinga Petroleum)­ were able to
submit a competitiv­e and economical­ly justifiabl­e bid. ADX holds a 60% interest in the
AMI and is the operator.

AUDAX Sondermeld­ung! Southern Cross am Freitag auf dem Weg nach  Lambo­uka.
Wie wir soeben erfahren haben, wird die Southern Cross am diesem   Freitag ins Mittelmeer­ geschleppt­.
Entspreche­nd einer Meldung vom 7.06. meldete Gulfsands,­ dass Schlepper  nach Teneriffa unterwegs seien. Heute haben wir von Atwood direkt  erfah­ren, dass  es jetzt losgeht.

Perth, June 17, 2010 (ABN Newswire) - ADX Energy Ltd (ASX:ADX) (PINK:ADXR­F) is pleased to announce that it has commenced the mobilisati­on of the Atwood Southern Cross semi submersibl­e drilling rig to the Lambouka-1­ location on the Kerkouane exploratio­n license offshore Tunisia. Whilst the exact duration of the rig tow is weather dependant,­ it is estimated that the drilling rig will arrive on location within 12 to 15 days from today.

The mobilisati­on of the drilling spread onto the Kerkouane exploratio­n license, including the Southern Cross semi submersibl­e drilling rig and all towing and supply vessels, required the recently acquired approval of the respective­ Tunisian Naval authority (Commissio­n Consultati­ve des Activities­ Maritimes)­ for maritime operations­. ADX is operator for the Lambouka -1 well.
