SABINA SILVER ANNOUNCES $30 MILLION FINANCING
Vancouver, B.C. - March 13, 2007 - SABINA SILVER CORPORATION (SBB: TSX-V) ("Sabina") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Research Capital Corporation to act as the lead underwriter of a syndicate of underwriters including BMO Capital Markets Corp., and Pacific International Securities Inc. (the "Underwriters") for an offering, on a bought deal private placement basis, of 5,000,000 units of securities (the "Units") at a price of C$3.00 per Unit for gross proceeds of C$15,000,000. Additionally, the Company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 5,000,000 Units exercisable in whole or in part at any time until closing for total potential proceeds of up to C$30,000,000 (the "Offering").
The Units will be purchased for resale to qualified investors in such provinces of Canada as the underwriters and Sabina may agree upon. Each Unit will be comprised of one common share of Sabina (each a "Common Share") and one half of one Common Share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"), with each full Warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at a price of $3.60 for a period of 36 months following the closing of the Offering.
In consideration for their services, the underwriters will receive a cash commission equal to 5% of the gross proceeds from the Offering and broker warrants exercisable into a number of Common Shares equal to 5% of the number of Units sold. Each broker warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one Common Share at any time within twenty-four (24) months from the closing of the Offering at a price equal to the Unit issue price.

nee sieht garnicht schlecht aus.Wir wissen mittlerweile alle das Sabina eine Rakete ist und wird.Aber alles nützt nichts wenn der Ami nur scheiss Zahlen hervorbringt.Wir trotteln laufen den Amis ja in allem hinterher,nicht nur in Sachen Börse.

meine Blue Pearl,Oriental Minerals,nur Sabina noch nicht.
Aber da lauert noch eine,die bald den sprung über einen Euro machen wird,Delta Oil und Gas WKN:A0F57A ,pendelt seit Tagen im Seitwärtstrend um die 0,66 €,Ausbruch naht.

Sabina Silver die Jahrhunderchance!
Hallo,
wer hätte das gedacht. Man bekommt nochmal richtige Schnäppchenkurse bei Sabina Silver.
Was ist passiert? Der Silberpreis ist extrem gefallen und in Canada haben sich die großen schön eingedeckt. Und der Gesamtmarkt hat uns auch nicht verschont!!
Aber was hatte Sabina in letzter Zeit zu bieten?
1. DCF Studie: Sabina wird in Hackkett River 13,6 Jahre produzieren können und wird damit nach jetzigem Stand einen Cash-Flow von fast 1 Milliarde Canadischen Dollars erzielen.
wie gesagt momentan, aber Silber wird meiner Meinung nach bald durchstarten!! Angenommen der Preis von SIlber verdoppelt sich in den nächsten Jahren da kommt das natürlich auch dem Gewinn von Sabina zu gute.
Sollte eine geplante allweather road von der candadischen Regierung bezuschusst werden, dann erhöht sich ebenfalls der Cash-Flow. Die Studie lege ich persönlich als sehr konservativ aus!!
Nach der DCF Studie haben sich die Investitionen ins Hackett River Projekt (Straße, Infarstruktur, Minen etc) nach 3 Jahren amotisiert und man macht Gewinn!! Super!!
2. Ein Privat Placement wurde abgeschlossen über 30 Mio. Can Dollar um eine pre-feasibility Studie (Wird diese positiv, wird sich der Kurs egal wo er dann steht verdoppeln) und einen Minenplan zu erstellen.
Damit ist für mich eines klar!! Sabina will sich nicht übernehmen lassen!! Und das ist für uns Aktionäre wirklich ein Segen denn ich will nicht 5 Euro für meine Aktien ich will Teil einer produzierenden Firma sein.
3. Was alle immmer vergessen Hackett River ist noch nicht ausgeschöpft, es wird weitere Bohrungen in HR geben um die Ressourcen noch zu erweitern!!! Und die Resourcen im Moment sind schon unglaublich!!
4. Sabina hält noch zwei andere Top-Liegenschaften!!
4.1 Die Del Norte Liegenschaft.
Hier wurden im Dezember Top-Ergebnisse gebracht.
In einem Projekt-Update von Sabina vom Februar. erwartet man eine Millionen Unzen Gold-Lagerstätte!!!
Hier wird sich einiges tun 2007. Fazit: Del Norte hat Potential das 2. Top Projekt von Sabina zu werden.
4.2. Hierzu kann man noch nicht viel sagen. Laut Sabina-Update soll dort im Q1 07 geboht werden. Somit werden in naher zukunft Ergebnisse auf uns zu kommen.
Fazit: Mit einer aktuellen MK von unter 140 Cad ist Sabina dermaßen unterbewertet, dass ich zu dem Schluß komme es gibt meiner Meinung nach im Moment kein besserers Investment.

Kursziele nenne ich ungern, aber wenn man Zeit von 1-3 Jahren hat, wird man hier eine sehr gute Rendite erzielen könne. Ich persönlich peile die 10 Euro an(wurde von TR schonmal genannt) wann das ist ist mir egal. Für 07 sollte die 4 Euro Marke nach oben durchstoßen werden.
