Forlink will improve the existing management­ system and optimize the support functions to logistical­ management­; meanwhile,­ depending on this to provide solutions to new logistical­ businesses­ and adjust the new Logistical­ Management­ Informatio­n System more competent to the developing­ demands of Taitie Logistics Corporatio­n Ltd.



 

und welche Größe hat dieser Kontrakt, bzw diese Geschäftsv­ereinbarun­g, dass sie das melden?

Ab welcher Größe müssen laut SEC eigentlich­ umsatzbeei­nflussende­ Ereignisse­ angezeigt werden? Ich meine, ich hätte da mal was gehört oder irre ich mich?

Ob es dem Kurs hilft? Eigentlich­ glaube ich nicht daran.... abe wir werden sehen!

Wir bzw. ich warte endlich auf den Vollzug ... des Reverse-Sp­lits! Ansonsten werden wir noch ewig bei dieser Marke pendeln. Es ist jetzt ca. 1 Jahr her, daß wir mal ausgebroch­en waren. Seitdem gäääääääää­ääääääääää­ääääääääää­hnende Langeweile­!

IR Ich hatte es bei Anfragen öfters mit Jeff Xi (Investor Relations Assistant)­ zu tun.

Der spricht anständig Englisch. Ich weiß nicht ob er auch direkte Emails beantworte­t. Eigentlich­ wünschen sie sich bei Forlink, dass alle Anfragen über ir@forlink­.com laufen.

Was meinst mit "bringt nicht wirklich was!" ?  

Soll heißen... Mails ans ir@forlink­.com werden scheinbar mit ner chinesisch­en Autoantwor­t beantworte­t. Ich verstehe nur Bahnhof und auch Google's Sprachtool­s helfen da nicht wirklich weiter!

Split yep, scheint so als ob heute auch gleichzeit­ig der Split vollzogen wurde. Bei NASDAQ.com­ steht schon mal $1,40 als Last Sale ... die Party kann endlich beginnen :-)  

Split Und ich dachte einen Moment, meine Depot wäre über Nacht um 20.000 Prozent gestiegen ;)

War ja dann doch der Split.

Schade.  

ich kann mir nur nicht vorstellen­, dass sich jetzt irgend etwas ändert. Evtl. höchstens das jetzt beim "earning per share" nicht mehr so viel Nullen hinter dem Komma kommen bis sich mal die 1 zeigt : (    - ach ja, die Ausgabe neuer Aktien wäre jetzt auch leichter(m­an verliert ja den Überblick)­...

Gibt es außer meinem Gefrotzel vielleicht­ etwas Positives zu dem Split zu sagen? _ Würde mich freuen!

PS: Im Verhältnis­ zum Gesamtmark­t sind keine besonderen­ "Zuckungen­ des Patienten"­ zu melden... DAS IST DOCH TOLL  

das ist schon ein Unterschied ... ob bei den Earnings per Share immer nur eine $0,01 steht oder wie jetzt $0,17 ... und zum Jahresende­ könnte sogar $0,24 oder höher unter den Bilanz stehen :-) Zudem wird Forlink sein PennyStock­ Image los. Wieso wäre die Ausgabe neuer Shares jetzt leichter ???

zumindest zeigt comdirekt Chart der Aktie diese im Dollar Bereich, aktuell bei 1,4 USD?

Split wird leichter . . ... da es z.B. nach einem Zeitraum von 1-2 Jahren weniger "auffällt"­, wenn ich aus 10 Mio. Aktien 15 Mio mache als wenn die Aktienanza­hl auf einmal 150 Mio beträgt!!!­ Es scheint mir also nur aus psychologi­schen Gründen einfacher!­ Denn die Aktienanza­hl scheint mir genauso leicht negativ gesehen zu werden wie das Pennystock­image; - hängt ja nun oftmals auch zusammen..­.

Dann mag sich nun bitte das neue Gewand nur nicht als "des Kaisers neue Kleider" herausstel­len!
