Zahlen sehen ordentlich aus...
Gewinn von ca. 1,2 Mio$ oder 0,02$/Aktie gegenüber Verlust -0,07/Aktie in 2002.
Das gesamte Geschäftsjahr verlief also profitabel. Die Cashposition hat sich
extrem verbessert,von ca.500.000$ auf rund 2,9Mio$.
Die Aquisitionen und Expansion die Kicky oben beschrieben hat, stimmt mich auch
recht zuversichtlich.
Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen is vielleicht der stagnierende Umsatz, der praktisch
gleich war gegenüber 2002 und zwar bei knapp 10 Mio$.
Dies wurde hervorgerufen durch den verringerten Hardware-Vertrieb.
Der Kurs hat auf diesem Niveau sicher einiges an Potential, ich bleibe deshalb weiter drin.

In November 1998, the Company's name was changed to Light Energy Management, Inc. in anticipation of merging with another company. In November 1999, the Company entered into a Plan of Reorganization with Beijing Forlink Software Technology Co., Ltd. Beijing Forlink Software Technology Co. was engaged in the Internet e-commerce and Internet software development business, and the Internet vertical portal business. Upon completion of the reorganization plan, the Company took over operations of that company.
On January 11, 2001, Slait entered into an agreement of Plan of Reorganization with Forlink Software Corporation, Inc. Forlink had issued to the owners of Slait as individuals 59,430,000 authorized shares of common stock of Forlink in exchange of 100% of the registered and fully paid up capital of Slait.
