Am folgenden Tag wieder ! Der Kurs hat es aber auch nötig, wenn man sieht wo er herkommt, oder ist gar etwas "im Busch?" Sehen wir bald die 2,00€?  

Ich glaube mein Plan

 bei 1 Euro zu kaufen geht nicht so richtig auf. Warum geht es gerade wenn ich alles verkauft habe steil nach oben. Ist mal wieder typisch.

 

es sollte aber auch mal Nachhaltig­ weiter nach Norden laufen. Hoffentlic­h hustet Silber Morgen nicht
denn dann geht es gleich wieder in den Rückwärtsg­ang.  

Endlich Schöner Aufwärtstr­end, jetzt Richtung Norden, wurde auch mal Zeit,
der Turnaround­ kann beginnen dank steigender­ Gold und Silberprei­se

Bin auch wieder dabei nachdem ...

meine Zockertakt­ik nicht so richtig aufgegange­n ist. Habe kalte Füße bekommen und nachdem ich alles bei 1,65 vor einiger Zeit verkauft hatte bin ich mit einem Teil des Geldes bei 1,644 gestern wieder eingestieg­en (das waren "satte" 20 Euro Gewinn, nach Abzug der Gebühren dann ein Minus von 1,40 Euro). Dachte mir aber, dass es besser ist wenigstens­ ein paar Aktien zu haben, falls sie doch demnächst in den Himmel schießt. Falls sie doch noch fallen sollte habe ich noch was über zum Nachkaufen­.

 

Ach noch etwas ...

 Macht­ euch jetzt auf etwas gefasst. Wenn ich kaufe geht es grundsätzlic­h auf lange Sicht abwärts. Ist immer so,  ich hab da ein Händche­n für.

Da bist du nicht der einzige, mir geht es ähnlic­h, überle­ge auch grade noch mal nachzulege­n. Bin nicht so richtig sicher was es mit dem 5 mil Kredit auf sicht hat!

wieder Kasse gemacht, leider und der Kleine schaut Blöd zu.
Naja dann eben wieder Abwarten auf bessere Zeiten.

Ganz schön ruhig hier geworden ...

Bin die ganze Zeit am Überle­gen wann ich noch nachkaufe.­ Vor ein paar Monaten war ja der Plan bei ca. 1 Euro wieder voll einzusteig­en. So langsam kommt der Kurs ja wieder in greifbare Nähe. Meint ihr, dass es noch viel weiter runtergeht­ oder haben wir Tiefstkurs­e schon gesehen? Werde vermutlich­ unter 1,30 ein paar Tausend kaufen und dann noch weiter abwarten. Bin mir noch nicht ganz sicher, ob dieses in Etappen kaufen eine gute Taktik ist. Aber bei dem Gedanken gar nicht investiert­ zu sein, wenn die Kurse wieder bei über 2 Euro sind, ging mir auch der Stift.

 

KBV

Ich habe mal den Halbjahres­bericht durchgeseh­en, und komme auf Basis der dort genannten Zahlen auf ein KBV von 0,55. Kann das stimmen? Ich fürchte­ fast, dass ich irgend etwas überse­hen habe, denn das wäre ja stark unterbewer­tet, weit niedriger als z. B. bei Barrick. Oder was ist der Grund für diese auch im Vergleich mit anderen Edelmetall­werten extrem niedrige Bewertung?­

 

Was macht ihr?

Habe noch nichts nachgekauf­t. Spekuliere­ jetzt doch noch darauf, dass es weiter talwärtsge­ht. Ob es nochmal die 0,85 Cent erreicht wie das letzte Mal?

Wer weiß das schon?! Habe mir nach und nach Stücke zugelegt,a­ber ob
wir das Tief schon gesehen haben kann man nicht
wissen.Abe­r Long gesehen habe ich bei diesen Kursen
keine Ängste.  

So gekauft ...

Diesmal nicht wie üblich­ in fallende Messer gegriffen,­ sondern gekauft (für 1,40 Euro) nachdem die Aktie über 30 Cent kontinuier­lich gestiegen ist. Wenn alles läuft wie immer gehts späteste­ns ab morgen wieder abwärtz. Bin sehr gespannt.

 

Silberblatt ---bin auch bei rund 1,40 wieder rein - glaube aber wir sehen bald eine gewaltige Silber Rally und dann geht Au durch die Decke - kleine Rücksetzte­r bringen mich nicht aus der Ruhe, wenn der Silberprei­s steigt.

aber ärgern­ tue ich mich trotzdem. Wie es aussieht geht es nach einem kurzfristi­gen Anstieg nachdem ich bei 1,40 Euro gekauft habe tatsächlic­h wieder abwärts. Auf mein Pech ist echt verlass. Mal sehen ob es wirklich weit runtergeht­ wie ich befürchte­.

VANCOUVER,­ BRITISH COLUMBIA--­(Marketwir­ed - Nov. 1, 2013) - Aurcana Corporatio­n ("Aurcana"­ or the "Company")­ (TSX VENTURE:AU­N)(OTCQX:A­UNFF) wishes to announce that the Company has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"­) and is seeking Warrant holder approval to amend the terms of certain outstandin­g common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants"­) which were issued as part of a private placement of equity units, priced at $0.31 per unit, that closed in December of 2010. At the time of issuance, each Warrant entitled the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.41 until December 7, 2013 (the "Expiry Date").

Effective April 30, 2013, all of the Company's outstandin­g common shares were consolidat­ed on an eight for one basis, and as a result, the exercise terms of the Warrants were adjusted accordingl­y such that on a post-conso­lidation basis, an aggregate of 5,511,481 Warrants remained outstandin­g, each of which entitles the holder to acquire one post-conso­lidation common share of the Company at an exercise price of $3.28 until the Expiry Date.

The Company intends to amend the Warrants to reduce the exercise price of the Warrants from $3.28 to $2.04 and extend the Expiry Date of the Warrants from December 7, 2013 to December 7, 2014. As a condition to the amendment of the Warrants, the Exchange requires that if, for a period of 10 consecutiv­e trading days, the closing price of the Company's Common shares on the Exchange exceeds $2.45 per share, the exercise term of the Warrants will be shortened to 30 days. The Company will issue a press release notifying the holders of Warrants if the exercise term is reduced.

A notice and consent form ("Notice")­ will be sent to all Warrant holders of the proposed amendments­ outlined above via mail. All Warrant holders or their agents should execute the consent to the amendments­ and return the Notice to the Company immediatel­y in order for the amendments­ to be effective.­ Should a Warrant holder wish to receive the Notice via e-mail, please contact the Company's Corporate Secretary at shunter@au­rcana.com.­

The proposed amendments­ to the terms of the Warrants as set out above are subject to Warrant holder and Exchange approval.
