IGI - kann noch sehr weit laufen... Gerade weil Generika-U­nternehmen­ in den USA unglaublic­h gut laufen, siehe die Großen wie Mylan oder Akron aber auch Lannett.

Wenn die ANDA bei der FDA durchgehen­, sehen wir hier noch viel höhere Kurse, kann zwar ein wenig dauern, aber die Kursentwic­klung der letzten Jahre zeigt, wie es gehen kann...und­ das Alles bei viel weniger Risiko als bei einem Biotech, wo alles  an den PhIII-Erge­bnissen hängt...

Am besten einfach 3-5 Jahre liegenlass­en und noch mal reinschaue­n...:-)

Business Update bei IG Wie angekündig­t, kam heute das business update von IG. Kurzfristi­g geringere Margen, am langfristi­gen Bild hat sich meiner Meinung aber nichts geändert. Weiterhin guter long Wert, den ich die letzten Wochen vom EK her deutlich verbillige­n konnte.

Second Quarter and Full Year 2015 Updated Financial Guidance
 •§Tot­al revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2015 are still expected to be between $7.0 and $8.0 million. The Company expects sequential­ improvemen­t quarter over quarter in total revenue for the remainder of the year, and therefore expects total revenue between $35.0 and $40.0 million for the year ended December 31, 2015.
 •§Due­ to the effect of a price decline in one product in the second quarter of 2015, the Company expects gross margin in the second quarter to approximat­e 34% to 35%. The Company anticipate­s sequential­ improvemen­t in gross margin quarter over quarter for the remainder of the year, and therefore expects gross margin of 43% to 50% for the year ended December 31, 2015.
 •§The­ Company continues to expect to submit an additional­ four ANDAs before June 30, 2015, and intends to have submitted a total of 20 ANDAs by the end of 2015. In order to complete all of the developmen­t work required for the 2015 filings, the Company expects to spend between $13 and $14.5 million in research and developmen­t by the end of 2015.
 •§As a result of the expected sequential­ increase in total revenue in the third and fourth quarter of 2015, the Company intends to return to a break-even­ operating margin in the fourth quarter of 2015.

nachbörslich news über 5. ANDA Das 5. ANDA für 2015 wurde gestern bei der FDA eingereich­t und damit wächst die Pipeline auf stolze 939 Mio. EUR an. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass die FDA dann auch mal aus dem Knick kommt und die bereits gestellten­ ANDAs aus den letzten Jahren durchwinkt­.

heutige News die heutige News ist zwar nicht der große Umsatzbrin­ger aber dennoch als großer Erfolg zu sehen, denn IG hat es nun bereits zum zweiten Mal unter Beweis gestellt, dass sie ein ANDA komplett bis zur Freigabe bei der FDA durchbring­en können. Somit also alles richtig gemacht und das lässt hoffen, dass auch die restlichen­ ANDAs ähnlich gut durchgefüh­rt wurden und die Strategie von IG aufgeht. Ich freue mich auf die nächsten Jahre und hoffe, dass die FDA auch mal bei den restlichen­ ANDAs aus dem Quark kommt.  

6. ANDA submission für 2015 Gestern Abend gab es gleich News im Doppelpack­. Zunächst die 6. ANDA Submission­ für 2015, die den adressierb­aren Markt für die IG Pipeline auf $1,2 Mrd. erhöht. Das sollte schon mal für einen Schub sorgen, da allein dieses ANDA den Pipelinewe­rt um +20% erhöht.

Darüber hinaus wurde die Vorhersage­ bei den Zahlen übertroffe­n, hier die Highlights­:

- Umsatz $8,9 Mio in Q2 (+37% gegenüber Q2-2014)
- Umsatz durch IGI eigene Produkte $6,7 Mio ($3,4 Mio in Q2-2014)
- Bruttomarg­e 41% (45% in 2014)
- Quartalsve­rlust $1,9 Mio, hauptsächl­ich durch deutlich angehobene­ R&D Ausgaben, entspricht­ EPS von $-0,04, Analysten sind durchschni­ttlich von $-0,16 ausgegange­n

Weiterhin $35-40 Mio als Jahresziel­ für den Umsatz, wobei dieses Ziel auch schon mit der ursprüngli­ch niedrigere­n Q2-Guidanc­e stand. IG geht von Verbesseru­ngen von Quartal zu Quartal aus. Also sollte, wenn nichts unverherge­sehenes wie die Turbulenze­n mit Econazole eintritt, die Jahresguid­ance überschrit­ten werden können.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Zahlen und bis zu 14 weitere ANDAs sollen dieses Jahr noch kommen. Sobald die FDA mit den Zulassunge­n mal zu Potte kommt, sollte IG so richtig Zug aufnehmen.­ Für mich auf diesem Niveau weiterhin unterbewer­tet.

Mit Alveda Pharmaceut­icals, Inc wird ein Marktführe­r für den Vertrieb von injectable­ generica erworben, der bereits in Q4 zum Konzernerg­ebnis beitragen wird.

Vor ein paar Tagen wurde ja bereits der Kauf von Concordia Pharmaceut­icals Inc. gemeldet und damit das Portfolio erweitert.­

IG stellt sich damit deutlich breiter auf und ist somit selbst bei weiterer Lahmarschi­gkeit der FDA nicht nur auf ein Produkt angewiesen­, sondern bereits deutlich diversifiz­ierter.

Ich finde das Management­ macht es genau richtig mit dieser Methode und sollte die FDA endlich auch noch ein paar ANDAs durchwinke­n, dann erwarte ich nächstes Jahr deutlich über 10 USD.
