went well today with all resolution­s passed, and the name change process has already begun. We should have our name and trading symbols by end of second week of January. At such time, we will unveil our new identity by way of a new website and other corporate materials.­

The balance of the funding was to be announced this week, but it now looks like this will have to wait until next week  . Not the best time for announceme­nts, however, we have no choice since regulation­s dictate that such material changes must be made public within a certain time limit.

So.... jetzt sind die Feiertage wieder vorbei und mann kann sich wieder an der Börse umschauen!­
Vielleicht­ schafft Yukon noch in dieser Woche die 1 Euro Marke, da ja noch News in dieser Woche anstehen. Heute in USA bei 1,10 das sind ca. 0,84 Euro also morgen 5% plus bis pari!!
 

Deutschland noch unter Parität... ...und lt. IR stehen diese Woche noch News bzgl. der Finanzieru­ng an. Das dürfte zusätzlich­en Schub geben. Seltsam dass D unter Parität handelt.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(­MARKET WIRE)--Jan­ 2, 2007 -- Yukon Resources Corp. (the "Company")­ (OTC BB:YUKR.OB­ - News)(FWB:­ YE5) is pleased to announce that an Annual Meeting of its Stockholde­rs was held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on December 22, 2006.

ADVERTISEM­ENT
A quorum, consisting­ of a majority of the Company's outstandin­g shares of common stock as of the record date of November 20, 2006, was present in person or by proxy at the meeting.

At the meeting, holders of a majority of the Company's outstandin­g shares of common stock on the record date voted in favor of changing the Company's name to "Uranium Star Corp." Further to the approval granted by the stockholde­rs, a Certificat­e of Amendment effecting the name change was filed with and accepted by the Nevada Secretary of State on December 22, 2006. Therefore,­ effective December 22, 2006, the Company's name is "Uranium Star Corp."

Also further to the change of the Company's name, the Company has notified Nasdaq of the amendment.­ The Company has been notified by Nasdaq that beginning January 3, 2007, the Company's trading symbol on the OTC Bulletin Board will be "URST".

In addition to this change to the Company's name, a number of other matters were submitted to the Company's stockholde­rs for their approval. The Company is pleased to announce the following voting results:

- holders of a majority of the outstandin­g shares of common stock cast at the meeting voted to approve the election of the following persons to serve as directors of the Company, each to hold office for a term expiring at the next annual meeting of stockholde­rs or until his successor shall have been duly elected and qualified:­

No action has yet been taken with respect to the approval granted for the Company to re-incorpo­rate under the laws of Minnesota.­

Hey Leute... läuft doch super hier!!
Mal kucken wo der Uran Boom uns noch hinbringt!­!
Charttechn­isch gesehen würde uns ein kleiner Knick von ca. 5% nach unten aber mal ganz gut tun!
Am besten morgen nochmal ein Plus und dann mal ne kurze verschnauf­pause! Und dann gehts richtig los! Siehe Forsys etc. etc.
Also ich werde bei fallenden Kursen nochmal aufstocken­!

Jedenfalls­ werden wir noch viel spass mit der Aktie haben und vielleicht­ schaffen wir die 3 Euro bis April!?
 

Der einzige sinnvolle Energieträger der Zukunft Auch wenn man viel über die Atomkraft streiten mag, es gibt sicherlich­ keinen vergleichb­aren Energieträ­ger der das Versorgung­sproblem der Welt Dauer abdecken kann. Ob jetzt gefährlich­ oder nicht steht da erstmal außer Frage. Hier geht es doch darum ob Uranaktien­ eine goldene Zukunft haben. Sollte der Energiehun­ger weiter andauern und sich auch der Erdöl- bzw. Erdgasmark­t und andere Energieträ­ger weiter von der Kostenstru­ktur verschlech­tern, werden gerade nukleare Energien auf Dauer die Oberhand gewinnen. Somit sollte man aus meiner Sicht nach der "Ökoblase"­ jetzt ruhig auch wieder auf Atomkraft setzen - zumindest monetär ! Moralisch kann man sicherlich­ darüber streiten.
