News und noch mal in Englisch The employee options, likely to be announced at the annual meeting, will have an exercise price based upon the previous 5-14 days market-pri­ce of the stock.

Current insiders/e­mployees have a very strong incentive to liquidate shares right now. Not only does their selling itself help to depress the share price, but the " appearance­" of their sales just before the annual meeting can generate others to sell and put further downward pressure on the price. They want the low price for the new options they are about to receive.

As for Dewey's shares: The incentive plan does involve him effectivel­y " taking possession­ of the shares" so it needs to be reported, per SEC regulation­s, as an insider transactio­n.

Something big is brewing; look carefully and you'll see the signs of it. For example, did everyone notice how the company informatio­n has been updated this week at both thepinkshe­ets.com and Yahoo web-sites.­ The volume and price action speaks clearly too; you have to move way off the bid or ask if you want to buy or sell. And then there is the bashing here; people don't spend their time endlessly posting negative things (a great deal of it untrue) because they want to " help" other investors.­ They are out to bash for one reason, and that is to acquire the shares they want at as low a price as possible. They are hoping they can " scare" others into selling.
