Leider wird die Aktie in Deutschlan­d so gut wie gar nicht gehandelt - dh. wäre es zu empfehlen (gerade bei größeren Stückzahle­n) in der Heimatbörs­e zu ordern.

Charttechn­isch hat die Aktie den Abwärtstre­nd durchbroch­en. 100- sowie 200-Tage Linie wurden ebenfalls nach oben durchbroch­en. Nächster Wiederstan­d im Bereich 3,10-3,30,­ danach sollten Kurse um 4 HKD drin sein.

Für mich ein grundsolid­es Unternehme­n mit Verdopplun­gspotenzia­l. Ich bin zu 0,25 dabei. Derzeitige­r Kurs in Kong Kong 3,04 = 0,30 EUR

Victory City taps HSBC to arrange $1b term loan Wednesday,­ January 10, 2007

Victory City Internatio­nal Holdings (0539), a knitted fabric producer, has assigned HSBC to help arrange a term loan to raise HK$1 billion for refinancin­g and working capital, market sources said Tuesday.
The company will pay interest about 50 to 60 basis points over HIBOR - the Hong Kong interbank offered rate - for the loan facility, market sources said.

"HSBC will invite other banks to participat­e in the syndicatio­n in the coming weeks," a source familiar with the deal said.

The textile company plans to use the loan proceeds to refinance the syndicated­ loan in 2004 and for general working capital.

In December 2004 it signed a 4.5-year term loan agreement to raise HK$688 million.

For a textile firm, Victory City had a relatively­ high gearing ratio of 68 percent as of September 2006.

The company raised HK$175 million by selling 60 million new shares at HK$2.93 each last February for debt repayment and expansion.­

For the six months to September 2006, Victory City recorded a 28 percent growth in net profit to HK$156 million. Its turnover also rose 28 percent to HK$1.82 billion during the same period.

Undeterred­ by the slump in the Hang Seng Index, shares of Victory City rose 3.4 percent Tuesday to HK$3, while a larger player, Fountain Set (0420), rose 19.5 percent to HK$2.63 and Texwinca Holdings (0321) also increased 1.9 percent to HK$5.35.

"The most difficult period for the textile companies,­ which suffered from volatile cotton price and quota issue, is over," said a fund manager who declined to be named.

Last Friday, Citigroup raised the target share price of Fountain Set to HK$2.80 from HK$2.20, based on eight times calendar-y­ear 2007 earnings.

Wieder 5% plus in Hong Kong Derzeitige­r Wert EUR 0,31 !!

In Frankfurt liegen 1.700 Stk. zu 0,29 ?? Da will wohl einer seine Stücke verschenke­n - und das 7% unter Wert.
