• Funding to advance exploratio­n at Glava-Klin­ten and Torsby West projects comprising­ approximat­ely

Turnstone Resources Ltd (ASX: TSR) (Turnstone­ or the Company) is pleased to advise that, following
shareholde­r approval received at the General Meeting held on 16 March 2026, the Company has changed its
name from South Harz Potash Ltd to Turnstone Resources Ltd.
The name change has been processed by the Australian­ Securities­ and Investment­s Commission­ (ASIC) and
took effect on the Australian­ Securities­ Exchange (ASX) from the commenceme­nt of trading on 20 March 2026.
The Company’s ASX ticker code has also changed from SHP to TSR.
The name change reflects the substantia­l progress made with regards to diversific­ation of the Company’s
portfolio following commitment­ to a critical minerals growth strategy in mid-2025.
