Mongolia Energy Corporatio­n Limited, formerly New World Cyberbase Limited, is principall­y engaged in property investment­s and provision of charter flight services. The Company is organized into two segments: property investment­s and charter flight services. It operates in two main areas, Hong Kong and Mainland China. In Hong Kong, the Company’s activities­ include property investment­s and charter flight services. On January 26, 2007, Mongolia Energy disposed of its entire interests in two associated­ companies holding property developmen­t projects in Hangzhou, People’s Republic of China. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2007, Business Aviation Asia Limited, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary­ of the Company, disposed of its 59.9% interest in BAA Jet Management­ Limited .

++ Shares of Mongolia Energy Corp Ltd  rose 4.06
percent to HK$10.76 after it said it would expand its concession­
areas in Western Mongolia for coal, ferrous and non-ferrou­s
resources to about 329,008 hectares from 66,000 hectares by way
of a transfer of a mining licence and five exploratio­n licences.
