On January 26, 2007, Mongolia Energy disposed of its entire interests in two associated companies holding property development projects in Hangzhou, People’s Republic of China. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2007, Business Aviation Asia Limited, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, disposed of its 59.9% interest in BAA Jet Management Limited .
