durchaus verständlich das da begehrlichkeiten geweckt werden...

da bin ich mal wieder. Zu Tiger Resources habe ich natürlich auch eine Einladung zu den Meetings erhalten. Ich werde dort nicht hingehen. Mein Motto ist nach wie vor "schlechtem Geld keine gutes hinterhertragen".
Überrascht bin ich, wie moderat die User immer noch mit Tiger Resources umgehen. Ich habe nach der Einladung meinen "Kommentar" und meine Bemerkungen zu TR an Axino übermittelt. Dabei habe ich es nicht unterlassen, kundzutun, dass TR mit an Sicherheit grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit durch Unterdrückung von Begebenheiten die Kleinaktionäre hinters Licht geführt habe. Ich habe von "Machenschaften" gesprochen, welche in Deutschland unter strafrechtlichen Aspekten zu beleuchten seien.
Beispielhaft stellt sich die Frage, ob die entstandenen Probleme einserseits auf der (möglicherweise strafbewerten) Unfähigkeit des Management beruhten und andererseits voraussehbar waren, und zwar zu Zeiten, als man noch pushte. Auch die schwerpunktmäßige Reduzierung der Mitteilungen auf die Finanzierung wägte viele Aktionäre in Sicherheit. Man konnte ja annehmen, wenn die Kreditgeber weiteres Geld geben, die Finanzierungen stunden bzw. die Zahlungsfristen hinausschieben, dass es dann bald aufwärts ginge. Wie sich aber herausstellte, sind die Kreditgeber anders als die Aktionäre abgesichert und tragen womöglich ein geringeres Risiko. 2018 sind die Kleinaktionäre nur um Haaresbreite einer Enteignung entgangen; ein Totalverlust scheint nun mit dem Delisting wieder anzustehen.
Herr Seybold (AXINO) hat mir geantwortet. Für das Geschehen vor 2017 habe das aktuelle Management keine Schuld.
Auch das zu glauben fällt mir schwer. Was wollte denn das neue Management 2018 mit dem beabsichtigten Verkauf der AG an ein chinesisches Konsortium. Die Kreditgeber wären aufgrund irgendwelcher vertraglichen Vereinbarungen alle bedient worden und wir, die Kleinaktionäre, wären leer ausgegangen. Ist es denn nun anders. Mir scheint es so zu sein, dass es nun erstrangig nicht um das Geld der Kleinaktionäre geht, sondern man muss nach der aktuellen prekären Sachlage zusehen, wie man das Geld für die Kreditgeber sichert.
Vielleicht, aber mit vielen Abstrichen, könnte dann irgendwann noch etwas für die Kleinaktionäre abfallen.
Ob es dazu kommen wird, werden wir dann in 18 bis 24 Monaten nach dem Delisting erfahren.
Ich habe Herrn Seybold auf sein Schreiben vom 21.01.2019 erneut geantwortet. Mal sehen, ob ich den Schriftverkehr allen zur Kenntnis gebe. Momentan tue ich mich damit schwer, weil ich schon drastische Vorwürfe erhoben haben.

OPERATIONS UPDATE
As at mid-February, with approximately 250 employees, contractors and subcontractors on site, the construction of the Pumpkin Hollow Underground Project is progressing on schedule, including:
Underground Works – consisting of the production shaft and shaft stations (east main shaft), the ventilation shaft (east north ventilation shaft) and lateral development.
- East Main shaft utilities installation completed ahead of schedule
- Lateral development on the 2850 level and 2770 level have advanced 322ft and 182ft respectively (exclusive of shaft station)
- East North Ventilation Shaft surface infrastructure is complete and shaft sinking has advanced to 150ft
Surface Works – consisting of processing plant, dry stack storage and all other surface facilities.
- Earthworks complete for the primary dry stack facilities
- Concrete foundations for the grinding and cyclone areas are well underway
The previously announced new technical report, including the open pit project pre-feasibility study, is well progressed with targeted completion by the end of Q1 2019. The Company continues to apply its philosophy of focusing on capital efficiency and IRR-maximizing staged development.
EXPLORATION ACTIVITY UPDATE
Regional survey work has led to new prospects being identified and the Company has subsequently staked approximately 5700 acres of unpatented claims, expanding the Pumpkin Hollow property by 32% to the east. The staked claims appear to have good porphyry-style alteration and copper mineralization at surface. The Company is currently mapping and sampling the newly-acquired claims area, in addition to following-up on additional areas of high-grade surface skarn mineralization on its property.
ENVIRONMENTAL & COMMUNITY ASSESSMENT UPDATE
As part of its ongoing commitment to community engagement the Company has recently prepared an updated Environmental and Community Assessment Summary which provides information on the studies that have been performed and the permits and authorizations in place to protect the environment and address any community-related issues. FINANCING UPDATE
The Company is continuing discussions with potential export credit agency-backed project finance lenders with the objective to further optimize its balance sheet for the long-term. Such discussions may provide the opportunity to substantially reduce the cost of the Company’s debt service and attract strong finance partners for potential future open pit development. Discussions are also ongoing relating to associated agreements to complement such a project finance facility, including a working capital facility, and should it be required or preferable, other financing, such as a standby/overrun facility, as well as offtake arrangements.

Was meint ihr wie geht es dieses Jahr weiter beim Kupfer erste Quartal ist bald um 6500 Marke ist nicht schlecht.
Ich hoffe sehr das Kupfer bis Ende des Jahres bei 7000 oder 8000 Dollar steht wenn nichts besonderes dazwischen kommt hoffentlich erholt sich die Chinesische Wirtschaft wieder etwas und die kaufen wieder mehr Kupfer

Pünktlich zum Monatsende hat Nevada Copper ein Update zu den Bauarbeiten für die Kupfermine auf Pumpkin Hollow veröffentlicht. Zudem verstärkt man sich mit David Swisher im Vorstand. Darüber hinaus gibt es Neuigkeiten zur geplanten zweiten Mine.
Arbeiten schreiten planmäßig voran
Seit November 2018 arbeitet Nevada Copper (0,38 CAD | 0,27 Euro; CA64128F1099) am Bau einer Kupfer-Mine auf der Liegenschaft Pumpkin Hollow in Nevada. Das Unternehmen will bereits im vierten Quartal in Produktion gehen. Laut dem neuesten Update des Unternehmens kommt man mit den Bauarbeiten wie geplant voran. Im östlichen Hauptschacht wurden die Stationen auf den Produktionsebenen abgeschlossen und man ist hier bis auf 1.000 Fuß Tiefe vorgestoßen. Im Hauptproduktionsschacht wurde die Arbeiten am Ventilationssystem fertiggestellt. An der Oberfläche hat man die Erdarbeiten nun vollständig beendet. Zudem wurde bereits das Fundament für die Verarbeitungsanlage gegossen.

Die PFS auf einen Blick Die Machbarkeitsstudie geht von einer Lebenszeit der Mine von mehr als 19 Jahren aus. Sie besteht aus einem Nord- und einem Süd-Pit, die durch die vorherigen Explorationsarbeiten erweitert wurden (siehe Graphiken unten). Zum Bau wird eine Investitionssumme (Capex) von 672 Mio. US-Dollar benötigt. Der Net Present Value (7,5%, vor Steuern) liegt bei 1,042 Mrd. US-Dollar. Der Vorsteuer-IRR wird mit 23 Prozent angegeben. Über die Lebenszeit soll die Förderung ein durchschnittliches EBITDA von 252 Mio. US-Dollar erbringen, ein Betrag, der den aktuellen Börsenwert des Unternehmens übersteigt. Den Höchswert der jährlichen Produktion gibt die PFS mit 111.000 Tonnen Kupferäquivalent an. In den ersten fünf Jahren soll Erz mit einem durchschnittlichen Kupfergrad von 0,69 Prozent abgebaut werden. Bei den Cash-Kosten geht man von 1,73 US-Dollar je Pfund aus, die All-In-Sustaining-Costs (AISC) liegen bei 2,03 US-Dollar je Pfund. Zum Vergleich: Der aktuelle Kupferpreis liegt bei 2,93 US-Dollar je Pfund. Konventionelles Verfahren Vom Capex in Höhe von 672 Mio. US-Dollar werden allein 427 Mio. US-Dollar für die Verarbeitungsanlage benötigt. Zur Verarbeitung des Erzes wird ein konventionelles Floatation-Verfahren angewendet. Die Anlage selbst wird aus einem Crusher und einer Mühle bestehen. Danach werden die Metalle im Floatation-Prozess aus dem Erz gewonnen. Die Tagesrate der Anlage soll bei 37.000 Tonnen liegen und nach sechs Jahren auf 70.000 Tonnen ausgebaut werden. Diese PFS bezieht sich auf den Bau einer Stand alone-Anlage und berücksichtigt daher keine Sparpotenziale, die sich aus dem aktuellen Bau der Untergrundmine ergeben.

Nevada Copper Corp. has completed and SEDAR filed its quarterly financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for the period ended March 31, 2019. Additionally, the company confirms that its Pumpkin Hollow underground copper project remains on target to commence production in Q4 2019.
Construction progress update
- Underground mine development proceeding well: fully mechanized mining now active on both production levels and lateral development has now advanced over 1,500 feet east;
- North ventilation shaft vertical development has advanced over 650 feet;
- Surface infrastructure and processing equipment advancing to plan:
- Sag, ball and vertical mills foundations and pedestals complete;
- Thickener tank foundation complete;
- Coarse ore and temporary dry stack stockpile facilities complete;
- Conduit and initial foundation works for flotation, thickening and filtration areas complete;
- Structural steel for flotation area is being set;
- Foundation work is progressing on the filter press and air compressor areas;
- Lining for the dry stack tailings cell one is almost complete and the dry stack tailings test cell is finished;

Der anhaltende Handelsstreit zwischen China und den USA, sowie der anziehende US-Dollar setzen Kupfer unter Druck. Das rote Metall notiert unter der Marke von 6.000 USD.
Kupfer kann sich weiterhin nicht dem Druck entziehen, den der Handelsstreit auf das rote Metall ausübt. In der Folge geht es für das rote Metall am Mittwoch weiter nach unten. Die Marktteilnehmer schauen nach wie vor auf eine mögliche Entspannung zwischen China und den USA, die aber weiter auf sich warten lässt.
Gleichzeitig weisen Analysten auf die gegenwärtig stark auseinandergehende Performance von Eisenerz und Kupfer hin. Eisenerz ist wieder über 100 USD je Tonne geklettert und hat auf Jahressicht kräftig zulegen können, während Kupfer unverändert notiert. Analysten von Citi sehen die Gründe hierfür einerseits in der Schließung einer Anlage in Brasilien, welche das Angebot verknappt. Gleichzeitig greifen aber auch die chinesischen Stimulusmaßnahmen, die die Nachfrage aus dem Immobiliensektor stimulieren.
Kupfer konnte davon bislang nicht profitieren, da Produkte, da kupferintensive Baumaßnahmen bei neuen Immobilien und Infrastrukturprojekten erst später nachgefragt werden. Laut Citi könnte dies in der zweiten Jahreshälfte 2019 der Fall sein.
Nicht nur die Nachfragesituation, sondern auch die Angebotslage dürfte dann verstärkt in den Fokus des Interesses rücken. Die International Copper Study Group meldete in dieser Woche einen Rückgang bei der Kupferproduktion, was jedoch kaum Beachtung fand. Die teils unzureichenden Investitionen in neue Minen dürften später die Preise für das rote Metall nach oben treiben.
In Peru ist es am Dienstag zu einer Blockade der Zufahrt zur wichtigen Las Bambas-Mine gekommen, wie die Nachrichtenagentur Reuters berichtet. Bereits im März und April war die Mine blockiert, was zu einem Rückgang der Exporte von Kupferkonzentrat geführt hat.

The Company’s Underground Mine development is proceeding well with production expected to commence in Q4, 2019:
- Total Lateral development has now advanced 4,400 feet on both levels and has reached the bottom of the East North ventilation shaft
- Alimak infrastructure has been installed and the Alimak has advanced vertically 78 feet
- Three new mining fronts have commenced: central ramp system, upper coarse ore bin (COB) access and upper geotechnical test stope access
- From the 2770 level, the team is advancing the COB lower excavations and advancing the lower access toward the geotechnical test stope
East North ventilation shaft vertical development has advanced over 920 feet
Surface infrastructure and processing equipment are advancing to plan:
- Sag Mill is now being constructed with both shells and heads installed
- Ball Mill heads, shells and trunions are installed
- Vertical Mill is set on its foundation
- Fresh water tank is completed
- 120 kV substation is advanced well and conduit is being installed
- Structural steel has advanced four stories and elevated concrete floors are being installed
- Tailings filter press and air compressor foundations are complete
- Lining of the dry stack tailings cell one is complete
