LOS ANGELES, Oct 27, 2004 (PRIMEZONE­ via COMTEX) -- Innovation­ Holdings, Inc.
(OTCBB: IVHO) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a
six-thousa­nd-for-one­ reverse stock split of the Company's common stock.

The reverse split will be effective on Wednesday,­ October 27, 2004, to holders
of record of Innovation­ Holdings on October 11, 2004. The new reduced number of
shares will be issued by the Company's transfer agent when certificat­es are
