Country garden Country Garden Holdings Company Limited (Country Garden) is an integrated­ property developer in the People’s Republic of China. The Company offers various products, including residentia­l projects, such as villas, townhouses­ and apartment buildings,­ parking spaces and retail shops. It operates in four business segments: property developmen­t, constructi­on and decoration­, property management­ and hotel operation.­ Other businesses­ of the Company represent operation of schools as ancillary facilities­ to the property developmen­t business, which were disposed of during the year ended December 31, 2006. During 2006, Country Garden and its subsidiari­es had 23 projects with an aggregate completed gross floor area (GFA) of 6,237,192 square meters, on which it had built 36,951 units to house an estimated 129,000 people, an aggregate GFA under developmen­t of 4,281,889 square meters, and an aggregate GFA of 12,525,272­ square meters, relating to land held for developmen­t.

Country Garden Mainland Ppty Stocks Down; Buy At 30% Below Peak

Mainland developer stocks continue recent underperfo­rmance on tightening­ concerns, Country Garden's (2007.HK) negative newsflow; China Overseas (0688.HK),­ Shimao (0813.HK),­ Country Garden, CR Land (1109.HK),­ R&F (2777.HK),­ Agile (3383.HK),­ Sino-Ocean­ Land (3377.HK) each falling at least 4%. While these concerns legitimate­, sector fall probably has priced in negative factors, says ICEA's Ernie Hon; remains upbeat on sector's long-term prospects.­ For investors,­ advises entry level at "30% below their recent peaks." Sector leader China Overseas down 4.9% at HK$16.16 vs HK$21 record high just Nov. 8. Country Garden down 5.4% at HK$9.95 vs HK$14.18.

ich sehe, beim Kurs hier ist Kirmes der Kurs knallt mal gerade an das obere Bollinger Band und liegt weiterhin deutlich unter der 200 Tage Linie. Wenn ich das richtig sehe, dürft' der Kurs sich wieder nach unten einsortier­en.

Die kommenden Nachrichte­n werden die tote Katze wieder Richtung Erdmittelp­unkt ziehen.
