Avalon Oil and Gas, Inc. (Avalon) (OTCBB: AOGN) announced the formation of a joint venture to acquire oil and gas producing properties in Oklahoma, with Blair Oil Company, a Kingfisher, Oklahoma, based independent oil and gas producer; Zacale Resources Company, an Edmond, Oklahoma, based petroleum land management company; and Foy Streetman, a Chickasha, Oklahoma, based independent oil and gas producer.
"We are excited to enter into this joint venture; together our partners have over one hundred twenty-five years experience in the oil and gas industry," said Avalon's CEO, Kent Rodriguez. "With natural gas prices approaching price levels not seen since 1995, and oil prices stable above $100 per barrel, we feel this is a very attractive entry point for the energy industry," added Foy Streetman. Kent Blair said, "We are seeing several acquisition opportunities for oil properties and dry and liquid gas properties through western and central Oklahoma."

allen hat's die Sprache verschlagen
auf der avalon oil-Seite steht als letzter Eintrag der Deal von vor ca. einem Jahr wo ein chinesischer Investor namens RECON mit lächerlichen ca. 200.000 USD ca. 30% der frei handelbaren Aktien von avalon oil gekauft hat. Dies hat den Markt dieser Aktie weiter verunsichert: die letzte Kursstellung lag bei 0,071 USD, es wurden ganze 3 Aktien gehandelt!
Hier treffen alle negativen Attribute für das Tun eines Vorstandes zu, die ihre Anleger gezielt fertigmachen wollen:
Organisierter Betrug, Täuschung, Hinterlist usw., usw. immer knapp an der Kriminalitätsgrenze entlang.

auf die "Erfolgsgeschichte der Ölrakete":
Ich erhielt gestern, 30.9.2014 ein Schreiben der ING-DIBA, daß sie den Handel an der OTC zum 15.12.2014 einstellt.
Begründung wörtlich:
"Der Handelsplatz steht immer wieder unter dem Verdacht, für Manipulationen und illegale Geschäfte genutzt zu werden. Grund genug für die amerik. Aufsichtsbehörden, jetzt verstärkte Restriktionen und Auflagen zu erlassen."
Mein Kommentar:
Wieso kommt das erst jetzt?
Seit 2007 stehen Firmen an diesem Marktsegment in dem Verdacht eines riesigen Betrugsszenarios - man hätte z.B. unserer Ölperle schon 2010 die rote Karte zeigen müssen als dieses ominöse Dividendenversprechen gemacht wurde aufgrund der Riesengewinne, die die Fa. mit dem Verkauf der "Technologieperle" Oiltek erlösen wollte. Das war damals schon Aktionärsverarsche vom feinsten.
Jetzt muß ich schauen, wo ich meinen "Ölperlenrestmüll" endlagern kann - wahrscheinlich sind die Transaktions-Gebühren höher als der Bestand.
Ein "Lob" geht an den gesamten Vorstand

aus Deinen 12000 Stücken Schrott sind nach dem Resplitt von 300:1 gerade mal 40 Stück Schrott geworden, deren Schrottwert bei 1,8 € liegt - das reicht nicht mal, um die ehemalige Ölrakete per Order auszubuchen.
Außerdem erscheint seit ca. 5 Monaten auf der OTC-Seite von avalon oil die Meldung:
"This company may not be making material information publicly available."
Was soviel heißt wie: Die Fa. macht ihre primitivsten Hausaufgaben nicht mehr und wird irgendwann aus dem OTC-Segment rausgeschmissen - in 2 Monaten schätze ich.
Der Vorstand hat sich seit Gründung der Firma 2006 (?) aus dem Cashvermögen mit ca. 10 Mio $ reich beschenken lassen.
Alles ganz legal...

Hallo avalon-oil-Gestresste und -Geschädigte
Vor ca. 3 Jahren propagierte die Firma den barbarischen RECON-Deal, der allerdings am Markt nur für ein kurzes Aufflackern des Kurses gesorgt hat. Da die folgenden Quartalberichte bis heute keine positiven Überraschungen brachten fiel der Kurs vor ca. 6 Wochen wieder, wie vor dem betrügerischen 1:300 Resplit wieder unter 0,01€.
Und jetzt kommt der Clou:
Ruft man die Aktie in einem Finanzchecksystem auf kommt die schreckliche Meldung:
Dieser Wert wird bis auf weiteres nicht gehandelt
Eine Rückfrage bei der Firmenleitung, die erstaunlicherweise noch existiert ergab:
Wir haben den Qu-Bericht IV./2017 noch nicht abgeliefert.
Dazu kann ich nur sagen: Erbärmliche Bruchbude mit einem faulen Vorstand.
In den USA wird VW wegen der Diesel-Schummelei zu einer Milliardenstrafe verdonnert und die Verantwortlichen gerichtlich belangt.
